PEGASOS HOTEL — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

When we first arrived, the lady from reception give us a horrible room, which it wasn’t even for the costumers. She said they ll change it monday(it was Friday). They change it next day with a better one, because I ask. I suppose they gave us that room because we arrived at 11 pm and they didn’t had a room for us because they thought it ll be fine for us to sleep there and give our room to someelse, but it wasn t fine, who do this? Like I said, it was a room for staff of something. The next day when I ask to change our room because we can t stay there until Monday, the lady from reception ask me “why so hurry?”. The new room was good enough, big, with balcony.The pillows very bad, the staff tried to be nice but they wasn’t every time. Every morning the staff who was cleaning did a lot of noises and they wake up Everyone. Shouting in the front of our door. The breakfast was fine, not too many choices. Thank you for nice accommodation during our vacation on Lefkada. Everyone of the employees was very nice and always helpful and smiley. The room was OK. Clean sheats, towels and small shower gels were prepared for us. The dinner was nearly always delicious. You'll find also typical greek cousine such as musaka, salads, olives, tzatziki... The breakfast is a part to work on. Delicious greek yogurt, but nothing but oats, sweet chocapic or cornflakes to put in it. Some granola, or fresh or dried fruit would be nice. There was only one kind of ham, which was not very tasty. Also, the coffee machine didn't make very good coffee. I would'nt say that the room or the eating area was dirty, but the cleanliness could be a little bit better. So that is why I give 4 stars, not five. I had the worst experience in this hotel; at first, I was shocked how a hotel of this standard was allowed in Greece. All the facilities were extremely old and non-functional. The food is disgusting (you won't even have feta cheese).||||Think the only good reviews are written by agencies trying to scam. Please consider the reviews 1/5, which are written honestly.||||The owners are kind (they helped me with the grasshopper), the first day the lady was a bit aggressive: I complained that the balcony door didn't work, and guess what - you share the balcony with the other rooms!!! However, no one fixed it, I complained that the fridge smelled bad, but no one fixed it.||The hotel is very dirty (bottles, toothpaste) the waste of others who had previously stayed...
