Genuinely shocked by my experience here. I can’t remember the last time a restaurant got it so wrong. Never have I felt so unwelcome and been spoken to so badly!!
Every member of staff we came into contact with had an attitude. My view is that management structure is extremely weak, and this is where the issues are rooted. In particular, there was a very unfriendly front of house lady/general manager stomping around barking at everyone.
We ordered children’s food which came out cold to touch, which went straight back with a very smug look from the waiter. By this point we’d had enough and settled the bill, receiving more uncomfortable looks in the process, despite being nothing but polite and tolerant to the poor service we’d experienced.
As I left I heard the table behind say how unfriendly the staff were, so it wasn’t just us!!
I work for Thomas Cook and I will be strongly advising my customers to avoid this place. Can’t help but wonder how awful it must be to work in such a poor work culture?

Read morePros: lovely location with a nice view, polite receptionist Cons: food is an absolute disappointment, we ordered a greek salad, it was basically eating cut vegetable, not enough seasoning, not enough oil nor vinegar and on top of that the vegetables were so warm which takes away from the freshness of the salad. We ordered also marinated anchovies, something that we love and we ordered almost every where we go, it had a very rotten bad after taste and we’re assuming it’s because it’s not kept in a cool place as it was also served very warm. Τυροκαυτερή was terrible I can’t even describe it, it was watery and with no taste whatsoever. Mussels saganaki was basically tomato juice, clearly it wasn’t cooked enough. The only acceptable (not good but not terrible) plate was the pasta shrimp. So sad to see such a lovely location going to waste. Clearly these people are just trying to profit from the high season and make as much money as possible from tourists, which is understandable if they can keep a good quality however in this case food taste and quality are absolutely lost. Read moreOutrageous behavior of the personnel!! We were a group trying to eat dinner. At first we were greeted with hostility because the lady there had troubles finding a table for us as a group. Then when we agreed to split and eat separately, the waiter let us sit and wait at the empty table for half an hour, not even asking if we want some water!.. Then, tired of waiting, one of our friends decided to leave for another restaurant and this offended them highly and they just decided to send us all away from their restaurant, with cursing words, yelling and threats of calling the police ( but I din’t know for which motive they would call the police!?!) and so on an so forth! The lady concierge was just out of her mind crazy!!
