Elounda Maris Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

We stayed at Villa Imperia. Our flight was delayed and we arrived hours later than expected. Although very late Kostas and his sister waited for us and greeted us at the villa. The accommodations were clearly top notch and one cannot say enough about the view. ||||Kostas was a great host, we were treated to baked goods from his family's bakery and a bottle of wine. The location is secluded yet very close to town. There is no noise or traffic to disturb you yet you are only a few minutes from Plaka and 10 minutes from downtown Elounda. We have been many places but the Villa may be on the of the most serene and relaxing places on our list. ||||The villa is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, kitchen, laundry and living area. I cannot think of one thing that we needed. It is clear every detail, soap, towels, decorations, etc are well thought out and well done.||||There is absolutely nothing negative to say. If you must leave and go to dinner I would suggest Lotus Eaters in Elounda otherwise relax and enjoy the view.||||Thanks again! Looking forward to...

The villa is beautiful, one of three villa's we stayed in villa Castro. The villa was very well equipped with everything that we needed. The bedrooms are all lovely the master bedroom downstairs having a bathroom with jacuzzi bath which was lovely however took a little while to fill, the two upper bedroom also have private balcony and separate bathroom.The villa has a lovely pool area and lounging space with a bubble area to the pool.The views are spectacular over spinalonga, it has a lovely seated area and terrace and BBQ area, it is only a short walk down to the main village of plaka and the pebble beach there, and a short drive to the town of elounda where we ate several times. A lovely villa which has a luxury feels to it.Family owned and over seen by Kostsas and his parents who run a bakery.||Kostas will be available for anything eg we asked for feather pillows for our bedroom, and an ice tray and the next day he came over with new ones he had bought especially. The beds are a little firm, but otherwise very comfortable.||The pool was warm compared to the sea and with that view was just amazing!||The village of Plaka is unspoilt and full of good restaurants. There is a shingle beach. 15 minutes by car is Elounda which has a nice sandy beach which in June was not at all crowded. Elounda is a very picturesque small town with small harbour. We loved...
