Livikon Studios & Rooms — Hotel in Municipality of Agios Vasileios

It was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was very kind and present all the time. The room we slept was very clean and nice, with amazing view of the beach. The only negative of these rooms, was the bad wifi signal. Also it has a very steep road before the hotel, where you must be an experienced driver to come by. ( DONT STOP THE CAR ON THE UPHILL!!). Also dont trust your Google maps GPS...that lady will take you to some olive area upon the hotel...DONT TRUST HER!!! Follow the signs on the main road. For conclusion, the rooms were very good...I recommend it...and I'll go again there another...

Broken toilet flush, tv wasn't even working ,wifi signal was too weak that it kept logging my device off many times, also another thing that isn't mentioned is that the road for the rooms is so steep that we had to park our car at the main road and keep climb up to the rooms, which was exhausting even dangerous if someone walks it on hot weather. I wouldn't...

Expérience incroyable, le choix d'aller sur la partie sud de l'île a été le meilleur choix de nos vacances. Les gens sont généreux, le décor est incroyable, l'accueil chaleureux, nous avons retrouvé du gâteau à notre rentrée dans la chambre l'avant dernier soir, le matin du départ notre hôte nous a attendu avec des spécialités locales, petit gâteau fait maison. La vue était incroyable sur le bout de plage en contre bas. Je recommande à tous d'y aller et surtout d'éviter la partie nord de l'île qui est un attrape touriste avec des ressorts comme il y en a au 4 coins de la terre. Allez y sans hésiter en gardant les yeux ouverts pour en prendre plein la vue. Petit message pour Livikon studios, même si l'affluence devrait augmenter. Ne changez rien, votre accueil local...
