Great location with a small number of nice appartments. It's a really quiet place to have your holiday, and as a holiday is to relax the quietness is nice. They have a beautiful garden with lots of traditional corfuean plants and trees. There is a pool, sunbeds (free of charge and no fighting over the use of them), there is a small gazebo where you can have your breakfast if you ordered it with your room, a table tennis table, a hammock and swing. The garden is neatly kept and the pool is cleaned daily. On the pictures at rh website there was a nice jaccuzi but that was sadly not in use (anymore) and was dirty and full of leaves. We stayed in a very private apartment with a small kitchen with everything you need (including a big fridge with freezer), 2 bedrooms with 2 seperate beds and one with a kingsize bed and a balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. The small terrace at the back has shade in the morning and the balcony has shade in the evening. Both bedrooms had the much needed air-conditioning. The rooms are cleaned daily (except on Sundays) and towels are refreshed. If you need any more towels just ask the manager. They had 2 parkings, one down the side and onw right in front of our room that requires a remote to open the gate. If you required breakfast it could be ordered a day ahead and it would be served near the pool. We had rented a car and would recommend it for this location and in all to look around the island. We just had one negative point, the wifi is terrible, it's slow and reception is bad. Maybe this was only at our room but it's a nuisance when you just want to check your mail. Moreover as the 4g reception is bad too. All in all we had a great holiday at Isabella Country House and Corfu!!!

The pool is about 10m long, but quite deep. In mid June it is a comfortable place to swim on a warm day. Good quality sun loungers and parasols are available for use, and there are a couple of big tables and chairs under sun shades as well. Each room/studio appears to be unique, some having a lounge area, others a balcony and some a patio or terrace. Our studio was perfect for a couple without children, as it had a large bed, which was very comfortable, a dressing table/desk and an armchair. The balcony had a solid table, 2 chairs and a bed settee. Our studio had a nice little kitchenette with a halogen hot plate and a microwave. There was also a fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The shower was very powerful if switched on full but the bathroom could have done with a shelf or cabinet for guests like ourselves, who stay a bit longer. We solved this by using one of the small pine tables from the bedroom to put our frequently used stuff on. The view from the balcony was of the grounds and hills and mountains in the distance. It is very peaceful and we slept most nights with the balcony doors (and shutters) open, and were not disturbed by noise. The property is reached from a small country road but has a large electric security gate and CCTV and we saw/heard no evidence of any issues of the sort you might get if the property were in the centre of a resort town. The manager was most helpful in providing information and he continued to be helpful right up to our departure when he printed our passenger locator forms required for flying during Covid. The property owner was friendly and helpful, providing little kindnesses that made this one of our best holidays, ever.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Isabella Countryhouse last summer in August/September. Kostadinos is the most wonderful host. Even before our stay he was extremely helpful and thoughtful. The rooms were nice and spacious and the garden was green and vibrant. During our stay Kostadinos helpt us with anything needed, it really felt like coming home! So comfortable and relaxt. Gouvia is in walking distance and has many nice places for dinner, drinks and relaxing. If you rent a small car there are a lot of nice places around to visit and make little day trips. Some must visits in the neighbourhood are: Ambelonas vineyard and restaurant (really pretty location and such an amazing ambiance and special food), O mylos (gorgeouuus restaurant and view, very nice fresh fish and amazinf service), bbq-art (great for a quick lunch with nice gyros and greek coffee), dalie bakery (just down the road near the center, we loved their bread and iced coffee), Gouvia Marina and Roula fish taverna, and ofcourse kerkyra! If you need a taxi, just ask Kostadinos and he will help you! If you get are willing to travel a bit further: rent a boat in paleokastritsa (triton marine tours), visit George&Elena’s taverna (lovely authentic food and ambiance, George is a wonderful person!), Mavroudis olive oil. Thanks again so much to Kostadinos and the rest of the team. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back ❤️! - Mik & Rosa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Isabella Country House in Corfu, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the manager Konstantinos and his exceptional team: Malou, Tasia, and Grigoris.

The country house itself is a charming and serene escape, perfectly blending rustic elegance with modern comforts. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The lush gardens surrounding the property added to the tranquil ambiance, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Konstantinos went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He was always available to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and provide any assistance we needed. His dedication to excellent service was truly impressive and greatly appreciated.

Malou, Tasia, and Grigoris were equally wonderful, each contributing to the outstanding service we received. Malou’s friendly demeanor and attention to detail made us feel right at home. Tasia’s delicious breakfast offerings were a delightful way to start each day, showcasing the best of local cuisine. Grigoris was always on hand to help with anything we needed, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.

The location of Isabella Country House is ideal, offering easy access to the stunning beaches and attractions of Corfu while still providing a peaceful and secluded environment. Whether you want to explore the island or simply relax by the pool, this is the perfect place to do it.

Overall, our stay at Isabella Country House was nothing short of perfect. The exceptional service provided by Konstantinos, Malou, Tasia, and Grigoris made our visit truly special. We highly recommend this beautiful country house to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Corfu. We can’t...
