Heliades Residence — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

We visited in July 2025 as a couple with a 1,5 yo kid. |We chose it for its proximity to kid friendly beaches, the city of Chania and the airport and it was a huge success.|We visited 8 beaches during our stay within 30 minutes drive. The airport is only 10 mins away and the city of Chania about 15 minutes. |Our apartment is newly built and very beautifully decorated, and our balcony had a view of the pool and the sea. We were also able to catch the sunset. It is fully equipped with brand new appliances and kitchen equipment. There is parking outside the door. |The pool is sufficiently big, with a kid section (0.5m deep), plenty of shade and comfortable sunbeds. |One more thing that we appreciated is that there are a lot of options for fast food delivery via wolt/e-food etc. |Last but not least, the communication is amazing, very easy and the recommendations were all tested and passed the test with high marks. |We would choose it again for...

We had an amazing stay at Heliades Residence! The villa was beautiful, modern, and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The bathrooms included hair dryers, and the bedrooms had extra bedding and house shoes. The smart TVs were an added bonus! The villa offered stunning views from multiple sides, and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural daylight. The pool was open and clean, even during the winter season. The pool also had lights at the bottom that created a starry effect at night. The owners added many thoughtful touches, such as restaurant suggestions, which we took advantage of and were not disappointed! The owner was attentive from check-in to check-out, and even accommodated us with a last-minute rebooking due to unexpected changes in our travel plans. We stayed at Heliades Residence as a couple in June and had a wonderful time. The property is beautifully designed with a luxurious and modern interior, high-quality furnishings, and excellent amenities, including air conditioning. The pool area is brand new and invites you to relax and cool off — it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into every detail.

Access to the property is secure via code, and everything is managed directly by the owner. Pantelis was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our stay. When I mentioned that I have trouble sleeping at night, he immediately arranged a room upgrade for us — it was handled quickly and with genuine care.
