Koukounari Luxury Villa — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

Stayed here in July for three weeks and what a fantastic villa this was. Plenty of space for large family to spread out in and around all the different areas inside and outside the grounds. The villa itself was spotless on arrival with welcome fresh baked pie and huge fruit basket for us . The host Matt and his wife could not do enough to help us any questions were answered straight away they even got some basic shopping in for our arrival on request from us . A car really is a must as it's quite a bit out of town up in hills although a 15 minute walk will take you to a bus stop that you can catch into town this is up a bit of a hill also . Same walk will take you to a cafe/ bakery mini market and a lovely hotel where you can have a drink and watch the sunset . I would definitely recommend this villa it has everything you could want or need for an enjoyable holiday...

What an amazing villa to stay in, where do I start, the welcome from Matt & his wife could not be beaten they were very welcoming with a fresh baked pie , a huge bowl of fresh fruit, bottle of wine etc. The villa is huge with a fantastic pool that is shaded with olive trees and it has amazing views towards Chania it was spotless not a speck of dust to be seen and the toiletries that are provided smelt amazing. You are better hiring a car as it’s a bit up hill. We had 13 family come and go over the 3 weeks we were there in July and it never felt crowded at all plenty of places to sit either inside or outside. There is no words to describe villa koukounari. My eyes could not believe that there is such a beauty…the outdoor space is so amazing, with different corners,one with the best view in town, the other cozy and when you come to swimming pool you are in paradise! The Indoor space is amazing also,soooo clean, really spacious with modern amenities, great taste of decor, perfect beds, all perfect in details!last but not least the owners are so friendly and kind! I wish I could stay in this villa...
