Villa Izabela Apartments with Private Pools — Hotel in Municipality of Chersonissos

The place is amazing and quiet creates an atmosphere of calm and tranquility, and the view is stunning! The villa is located a few minutes walk from the main street which also allows you to enjoy the quiet the place offers, and also close to lots of restaurants, to the beach and the abundance of Hersonissos shops. Owner Izabela and her daughter are amazing an unusual service consciousness and a feeling that you have reached a warm family, They straight up welcomed us with a lot of love and really took care of everything. Actually, we've already come to this place in love. 😃 Even before arrival we contacted Izabela twice. First if we can arrive not at check in and check out due to our flight hours. And secondly, two days before the flight We were informed that it was delayed on the day following a charter flight and we have to change arrival dates, that includes a charge for a change. Communication in front of Izabela was quick! and pleasant and helpful! Thankfully she was really able to come towards us, And she's so amazing that she understood the situation and allowed us both of those things without even extra charge!!!! So we've already come in love !😍 Her entire stay at her place was also excellent and beyond what was expected! Everything in the villa is treated down to the details. The place is very clean and well maintained. The pools are lovely and the stay at the place was excellent. You feel and see that Izabela cares and it is very important that all her guests enjoy and be satisfied and so was 😍 The fridge and kitchen cupboards were already full of goodies for us when we arrived which we didn't expect at all! Water,milk ,wine ,bread ,cereal ,pasta ,cheese ,pastrami and more... so we don't miss anything and we can even cook for ourselves. She took care of our well-worth and seeing that we were missing nothing helped us get around the place. Restaurants and all that is needed and even surprised us one morning with delicious pastries (: Her energy and caring amazed us and we were breathed in 🥰 Surely if we visit Crete again we will come back to visit them! To describe Izabela’s apartment by a single word is very difficult, but it would have to be ‘fabulous’. Communication prior to booking was amazing, less than 30 seconds for a response, which was always personable. Izabela greeted us at the apartment on checkin. She provided all the information we needed for an enjoyable stay along with personal recommendations for areas/restaurants for food. In addition the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to allow us to get down and enjoy or first day without worrying about getting to the shop. We are very grateful- thanks Izabela. Izabela is extremely welcoming with a superb eye for detail and cleanliness throughout her apartment- by far the best hostess I’ve ever had. The apartment felt brand new like we were the first guests to stay. Comfortable bedrooms, modern kitchen/bathrooms and a lovely sitting area with sea views from the sliding windows. The balcony makes an enjoyable seating area in the evening. I have no hesitation in recommending this little gem for a holiday. Where do I start! Villa Izabel is the most beautiful place to stay and the owner has an incredible energy and soul. The apartment had absolutely everything you could wish for and Izabela had filled the fridge and cupboards with essentials and a lovely full fruit bowl waiting for us. Nothing was too much and we felt completely cared for and relaxed for the whole visit The villa is in between Koutouloufari and Hersonissos and is so peaceful.
