Would I recommend this hotel, absolut YES Would I come again, absolutely YES again, and here is why. Nice place they made out of it (the newly added hotel etc). The owner/manager was very nice and have some great visions about what direction this fine hotel should take. It sounds he want it to be a quiet, relaxing hotel, where guest come to experience a warm welcome and an enjoyable holiday with a bit of luxury taste and feel to it,but without being too expensive. There are still some way before they reach that achievement, but I think they will get there. There were some miscommunication between staff (only at the new opened restaurant), but staff was always very polite, they did not always remember to come and ask for refill, mostly at BOHO's, but also at the new restaurant they opened the 16 of July 2022. The new restaurant has also some approvement to make, but when everyone knows there role and place to operate I again think it will be great. They did deliver a much better performance at the old restaurant at BOHO's though, and the food was better with a better buffer. The staff also did a greater job at the old restaurant, I think they knew their role and place better. At the new place the staff was not communication good enough with each other, and everyone had a rush on collecting plates at table's even if the guest was nearly finished eating, they jumped in front of you in the middle of having a conversation and said "sorry, are you finished". Several times I wanted to say no. I hope that behaviour will stop in the feature. There are 5 pools at the place and the new one is very lovely with a bar at the end. There are relatively large speakers placed all over (pool, bars and restaurants), and often where the music a bit too loud after our taste, so it was difficult to have a normal conversation around the table, where we had our breakfast, dinner etc. At the pool and at BOHO'S it was also often the same. The music was enjoyable though. When we asked if the music could be turn a notch down, it only was fine in some minutes before it again was cranked up!. The hotel rooms where nice and cozy, and the beds was the best, that we ever had slept in, on our holidays to Greece. We have been lots of places over the years. The one ting that not was that good and the main reason that I wanted to give the hotel a lower score (3 or even only 2 stars) is that there was lots of party's going on the whole night in different guests rooms. High techno music and loud taking, banging on doors (other guests doors) and spraying with several bottles of champagne in the hallways, so it came into our room under the door. Certain guest also sometimes went more crazy and took potted plants up and let them lie on the floor. The hotels rooms is not very sound proof, we could also hear the elevator going up and down. With all that noise going on we had to sleep with earplugs every night. At the pool in the day times the owner did a good job providing sunbeds to us when needed, and overall he really tried his best, and was listing to the complaints people made. (Same complaints about certain guests bad behaviours, that I mentioned here). The staff at the reception was always so nice and very helpful and skilled in helping. They knew a lot of different things so we used them instead of phoning our guide. The cleaning staff making our rooms, made a excellent job doing so. It was very nice and overall the hotel was very clean all the time, also after the champagne and plant with dirt allover the floor. I believe the hotel will get to the standards the owner has in his visions, therefore I give it 4 stars. Best of luck in the future.

🔸 Jedzenie – monotonia i braki Jedzenie to kolejny powód do rozczarowania. Monotonne, powtarzalne i niewiele mające wspólnego z grecką kuchnią. Czysto! Co zaskakuje,Chodniki i boczne uliczki też czyste i wybrukowane! I mało kto mówi powyżej Piskopiano! Piękna wioska,Czuć Grecję. Dużo tawern i ten klimat. Cudowna wieś. Też czysta i wybrukowana. ❗Podsumowanie: Hotel Indigo Inn to przykład mylącej reklamy i niedomówień. W stołówce generalnie brak uśmiechu i zadowolenia. Jedna kelnerka czesana w kitkę w średnim wieku widać że wie po co tu przychodzi. Natomiast kierownik sali to masakra! Nazywają go cappo. Byłem dwa tygodnie więc miałem czas zaobserwować. W takich hotelach bywa się dwa razy. Pierwszy i ostatni.

Hello, Me and my family stayed for 7 nights here and had a half board (breakfast and dinner). The maisonette superior was spacious enough to host four persons, was nicely furnished and very clean. We enjoyed very, very much the food there, both the meals included in the package and the "a la carte" menu in the restaurant. The offer of the food for the meals included in the half board was varied with good choices every day. If we were to choose one thing that we liked the most was the staff. They were not only professional, helpful and nice, what you would expect, but very friendly. All this considering the current situation due to Covid-19. The only drawback would be that the hotel is not exactly by the beach and wright on the main street which may be a bit noisy, but to get to the beach you just have to walk 5 minutes. It was difficult to decide to go on vacation under the current circumstances, but we loved Crete. Thank you guys at Indigo Inn for making our stay in Crete such a wonderful one!

My partner and I booked a half-board 12 night stay at the Indigo Inn Casa, specifically for the superior deluxe double room with balcony, through Love Holidays. We booked our trip in January this year, for the first 2 weeks of September. We hadn’t seen many reviews on the hotel, but what we could see overall seemed positive, so we had high expectations for an adults only hotel, and for the price we were paying…||Upon arrival to the hotel at around 3pm, we spoke to a young woman called Maria who was very friendly, but seemed very surprised when she realised we were staying 12 nights. She checked us in and gave us our room card and overall gave a nice impression. When entering our room, it seemed small, but looked attractive and clean, however when checking out the balcony which we specifically booked and paid for, we found it to be big enough for maybe 1 small child with just one small chair on it. Not only that, but it looked out to a small courtyard surrounded by other balcony’s all facing each other, with zero daylight, and looking directly into everyone else’s bedrooms. We immediately went back to reception to complain, and we were told we could have another room with another balcony, but wouldn’t be able to swap rooms till the following day. Funnily enough, the person behind us in the queue at reception was quite literally complaining about the exact same thing and asking for a new room, so I think there was a bit of a theme going on here.||Later in the evening, we went to dinner in the hotel at around 7:45pm, only to be turned away as it was already full (dinner starts at 7pm), and told to come back at around 9pm for the chance of a table being available (dinner ends at 9:30pm). Bearing in mind we paid extra for half-board so expected to have dinner at the hotel… to be turned away on the FIRST night due to lack of space was an absolute joke.||The next day, we went to breakfast at 9:30am, and then went straight to the pool to settle in with the towels we’d been provided with. At 11am we went back to reception with our suitcases (as we had been told to do so by Maria the previous day), handed our cases and room key in to another receptionist who also happened to be called Maria, and she said to come back at 1pm for the key to our new room. So we spent our morning at the pool as planned, then at 1pm we went to reception again and were handed our new room key so we could settle into our new room. This room did indeed have a bigger balcony (not huge, but average balcony size I would say), and looked out onto the main road (so a better view than a courtyard), and the room was similar to the last but maybe a bit smaller, but overall we were pleased with the new room swap. The main road was very noisy with the balcony door open, as all the airport coaches, taxis, and main traffic travels through to Stalis and onwards via this main road, but we weren't too bothered by this.||It’s worth noting, during this time, we left our pool towels, books and belongings at the pool as we had seen other people do so. About an hour and a half later, once we had our new room sorted, and had nipped to the Spar next door to buy the essentials (water and snacks etc), we went back to the pool only to find our belongings had been removed and new people were sat on our beds. We then went to the bar to ask what had happened to our towels and belongings, and about 4 bar workers spent at least 5 minutes ignoring us, laughing and speaking to each other in Greek so we couldn’t understand, and truly just stared at us - when finally one man turned to us and said he had removed our belongings as the beds can’t be reserved. We explained that this was our first day, the situation in hand that we had to swap our rooms and were told to go to reception at certain times etc, and he turned to us and practically laughed at us as if to say it wasn’t his problem. To make matters worse, despite the fact there are 4 pool areas (3 very small pools with about 6 beds and 1 main pool), all the beds were taken, so again, proved that the hotel does not hold enough space for the people staying there in the restaurant or by the pools. We were so upset and taken a back by how the bar staff had handled the situation and spoken to us that we just walked away. After that, it took us about a week going back to the pool to actually feel settled or even welcome there by the miserable rude staff.||As the days went by, it became very clear that people did indeed leave their belongings at their beds with their towels, some people for over an hour, some people for 2 hours, and not once did we see anyones belongings being removed by bar staff.||The Wifi was rubbish throughout the hotel - the main pool had practically zero connection, and neither didi our room (we stayed in a room on the 3rd floor for reference).||The lunch food that could be ordered at the pool bar was nice food, nicer than the restaurant (free) food, which makes sense because the lunch food was quite expensive. We only ordered food from the pool bar twice - the first time we ordered edamame beans and sweet potatoes fries, both looked to be very large portions and were tasty, so we thought they were worth the money. However the 2nd time, we ordered an avocado salad, and the chicken gyros. I’m vegetarian so ordered the salad without bacon (as it came with it automatically), but when it arrived, honestly all that was on my plate was a couple of leaves, and some sliced up avocado, for $12.50…! I complained to one of the bar staff as I’d asked for no bacon, so expected them to maybe add more or something else, but she seemed incredibly unhappy with the fact I’d complained and just aid she would let the chef no I wasn’t happy. They did later come back and offer me a free beer, which half made up for the plate of leaves for that price. The chicken gyros was also very disappointing - the chicken was shredded, very fried but also soggy, and sat on top of a pile of chips which underneath were disgustingly soggy, and not at all appetising to look at.||On a very different note, our shower room stunk of sewage - in both rooms we had been in!! I’d actually seen this in somebody else’s review, so was surprised to realise it’s clearly a hotel wide issue where nothing was being done to resolve it!! The shower rooms in both rooms were also pretty dirty looking, not a very relaxing shower experience to say the least.||Finally, as this was an adults only hotel, we had expected a bit of evening entertainment, or at least a nice bar area with music where you could sit after dinner with other hotel guests to have a drink, but this did not exist. The only bar at the hotel was the pool bar, where people quite clearly were not welcomed for an evening drink - you could if you really wanted, but it was on the other side of the pool, nowhere near any music or entertainment, or people - so we did find evening entertainment to be quite disappointing, apart from 1 night a week they had a singer in the restaurant (imagine how early you had to turn up for dinner if you wanted a seat that night!!!). The location of the hotel was probably the best part about it - just a 5 minute walk down to the beach/ strip filled with bars and restaurants, and a 15 min walk (slow incline up-hill) to a beautiful old village for a much nicer authentic Greek vibe. ||Overall, I’d give the hotel a 3/10. Great location, but never going back to the hotel that’s for sure! Big thanks to the 2 Marias at reception who were by far the friendliest staff working there, and actually made us...

Best of luck...

Where do I start! ||My cousin and I booked 4 nights with indigo Inn back in February after seeing positive reviews and had been looking forward to our trip away.||However, upon arriving at the hotel it was nothing but a disappointment. We arrived at our hotel, checked in and were given our hotel wristbands, it was only then we was told that due to a fire a few days earlier, rooms in Indigo Inn Casa were limited so we were checked in to their sister hotel next door Indigo Inn Hotel. The receptionist advised due to the inconvenience, we’d been upgraded to a 3 bed apartment and upgraded us to half board and could still use the pool and facilities in their hotel.||However, after seeing the room it was clearly not an upgrade, although the room was bigger the extra beds were of no use to use, the condition or standard of the given room vs the Superior Deluxe Double room we had booked were no comparison. It was much more basic, the balcony was broken, shower dirty and smelt like sewage! When we went back to reception to complain we were advised there was nothing they could do, not even move rooms tomorrow when guests checked out, yet throughout our stay we overheard other guests complaining about numerous things about their rooms and they were assured they would be moved, this seemed to only be for those guests staying in Indigo Inn Casa, not the sister hotel Indigo Inn Hotel. We were told to call our holiday provider (Love Holidays) and after 30mins on the phone (at our expense) we were asked to send photos detailing issues which we did to then be told they have spoken to the hotel and the upgrade to the ‘bigger and better’ room was a satisfactory upgrade according to their policy so nothing could be done, despite them seeing the condition in the photos.||The sister hotel was not adults only (one reason for booking Indigo Inn Casa) the balcony was broken, bath towels given for the pool, the view from the room wasn’t as booked just to mention a few frustrations. ||Two days in to our holiday the complaint was still ongoing, we had to ask to be upgraded to all inclusive as we noticed this was on offer in the sister hotel, however we didn’t make the most of this as we read reviews that mentioned if you leave your Sunbed your things would be moved so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our beds to go and have lunch in the hotel we were staying in. ||To summarise, we were extremely disappointed with how we were treated and dismissed by staff who showed no interest in helping, frustrated we were not provided this information before flying out to give us the opportunity to seek accommodation as well as this eating in to our holiday which was meant to be relaxing! ||Avoid booking with...
