Katerina Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Eastern Samos

"Katerina apartments" was one of the best places I've been to! 10 stars! The parking, shops, bakery or restaurants are 1 minute away on foot, the location is perfect and quiet. We were welcomed by the owners with a fresh cup of juice which was delicious! The apartment was clean- followed by a daily cleaning service, the bed was very comfortable for me. Even the placement of the towels was a fun detail, which shows that the owners want to offer a beautiful experience to their visitors. I was impressed by the kitchen equipment, nothing was missing and you felt like you're home! Finally we were given a goodbye handmade gift which was appreciated and gave us an extra sweet memory. Friendly & discreet owners who have created a beautiful home for everyone, and as we say in Greek, they run their business with "meraki"! I had booked a studio in Katerina Appartments for 10 days from 19.8 until 29.8. Unfortunately on 14.8 I had an acccident and suffered a hip fracture. Katerina Appartments had collected the half of the full amount on 13.8 (325 Euro) as they had the right to do. When I applied through Booking.com to get back this money in case the studio would be rented out to somebody else, so the establishment would not lose any money, the owner refused. After checking various platforms, I found out that the room would not stay empty, not even for one day. My husband called the establishment and told them that as they did not lose any money, it would be more honest and fair to return the amount. The man refused again in an agressive manner. Kokkari sahile yürüyerek 3 dakika mesafede, büyük bahçeli, şirin bir aile işletmesi. Sahibi Kostas Bey yeni emekli olmuş bir öğretmen. Kendisi hoş sohbet birisi. Bir de tatlı bir annesi ve onun tatlı bir köpeği var. Siz geldiğinizde herşeyi detaylıca açıklıyor. Odalar hergün temizleniyor. Tek sıkıntısı yatakların çok rahat olmaması ve duşların biraz dar olması. Mutfak işler halde ama biz çift olarak geldiğimiz için herhangi bir şey pişirmeye zaman harcamak istemedik. Etrafta büyükçe bir kilise var ama biz gittiğimizde tadilattaydı. Onun karşısındaki dar sokakta minik bir fırın var. Börekleri çok güzel. Kahvaltınızı oradan...
