Lefteris — Hotel in Municipality of Eastern Samos

Pension Lefteris is a small friendly place|to relax from everything. The manager gave us breakfast every morning. He stayed there and spent some time with us and told us many things about Samos, Greece and the people.|Kokkari is a good place for people that want to eat, drink and walk in the mountains. The trip from Kokkari to Vorliotes is nice, but you have to start early in the morning because of the heat. Mountain boots or good walking shoes is recomended. |Eat a good breakfast on the taverna when you get up to the village.|Take the trip around in the villages small streets and go further to the village "Manolates" if you still have the power for it. |Or ask the lady in the taverna to call for a Taxi, to bring you back to Kokkari. Get down on the beach and relax on a sunbed or|swim in the vaves. |I also recomend to rent a car, and drive around the island.|Visit some monastarys and other nice places. At the end of a small charming street full with flowers ,you find this lovely pension. The owners Lefteris and Kiki will welcome you and do whatever the can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.It is a very quiet location as no cars or other vehiculs can pass trough this narrow street. Kiki cleans the rooms every day, towels and bedlinnen are changed frequently. You can eat from the floor! If you want they serve breakfast. But you can easily prepare your breakfast in the downstairs kitchen and enjoy it on your balcony. Every room (except room nr 1) has its own refrigirator. The pension has many guests who come every year, that says enough about the quality. The rooms are simple, but spacious. Book and you will have a wonderful base, to enjoy your holiday. Lovely little house on the beach. I had room in 3rd floor with seawiev, it was amazing! Room was big and tidy, cleaning every day. Breakfast is 3 slices of bread, butter, marmalade and hot water for tea or instant coffee and it comes in tray behind your door in the morning. My room had fridge with freezerbox, waterboiler, stove, safety box and hairdryer. Lefteris is very peaceful to stay and owners are helpful and lovely. 2 sunbeds and umbrella 6e/day.
