Enastron — Hotel in Municipality of Kalavryta

Good evening.||In the questions you ask us, we unfortunately have to answer honestly. So ...||1) Did the services you received correspond to the description of the offer you have purchased?||Answer; Enastron is a small hotel, whose rooms although small were pretty nice at first glance. However, the main problem was the lack of insulation which resulted hearing the noice of everything that was happening in the rooms above and beside us.||The room had shortcomings or defects that seemed bad to everyone: there was no holder for the toilet paper inside the bathroom. there was no table or cabinet to place the TV decoder, which also was hanging from the wall, the wardrobes were inadequate and in the wrong place as it did not open well ahead of them was placed a folding bed for the child, in the bathroom there were HIGH VOLTAGE CABLES/wires hanging from a hole 20 cm over the shower, there was not enough space and closet to place our stuff in the bathroom and the drains smelled VERY bad, we had to leave the bathroom door closed all the time. The breakfast was poor and the same every day.||(2) Was there any problem about your stay? In general how satisfied are you with your purchase?||Answer: none of the above would not really bother us if we were satisfied with the behavior of people. Unfortunately, the way it fact the owner was very rude and irrational. One night just coming back from our dinner around 21.00, the owner knocked on the door and started complaining because our son (5 years!) was makings noises. The truth is that the child is generally very quiet - which she admitted afterwards. ' I heard someone shouting 'help' 'in the morning' 'she said. Obviously I said that the child was playing and had to hide by the crying wolf '' help ''. She said however, that in the hotel stay 'athletes who take part in the ski races in the morning and had to wake up' and thus we must remain silent at night so they could sleep!||Of course, we responded that since we were not AT ALL noisy and we had all our right at 21:00 taking at Saturday evening at our all needed vacations. Needless to say it was the weekend of the carnival and that we woke at dawn because the '' athletes '' (actually it was a kids school who were participating in ski races) getting ready for the mountain making terrible noises, for which we never complained. Of course, we manifest our discontent and told the lady that the way of behavor you have, we become so nervous and that we actually had to silent and tell our son to wisper, so from that day we were whispering in the room. ||We can say that the Male owner, however, was kindly and was not involved in the rude behavior and insults coming from his wife tongue. After all they had to tell us that they do NOT want to accept any families in their accommodation. Because the fact is that families can not keep their children gagged, especially if they are so small. We regret that we are tough and it is not our intention to hurt anyone, but honestly we felt really offended and aggrieved - really the little one is very quiet - and we have not heard even a 'sorry. and we send you two photos of nude shower cables and wires behind the TV (dangerous things to five...

Καλησπέρα. 02/2018 Στις ερωτήσεις που μας θέτετε οφείλουμε να απαντήσουμε δυστυχώς με ειλικρίνεια. Συνεπώς ...

1. Οι υπηρεσίες που λάβατε ανταποκρίνονταν στην περιγραφή της προσφοράς που αγοράσατε; Απάντηση; το Εναστρον είναι ένα μικρό ξενοδοχείο, του οποιου τα δωμάτια αν και μικρά ήταν αρκετά συμπαθητικά εκ πρώτης οψεως. Ωστόσο, βασικό πρόβλημα ήταν η ελλειψη μόνωσης που είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται όλα όσα γίνοναι στα δωμάτια πάνω και δίπλα μας. Το δωμάτιο είχε ελλείψεις ή κακοτεχνίες που '' χτυπούσαν '' άσχημα στον καθένα: δεν είχε θήκη για να κρέμεται το χαρτί τουαλέττας μέσα στο μπάνιο, δεν είχε τραπεζάκι ή ντουλάπι για να τοποθετειται ο αποκωδικοποιητής της τηλεόρασης, που κι αυτή κρεμοταν από τον τοίχο, οι ντουλάπες ήταν ανεπαρκείς και σε λάθος σημείο δεδομένου ότι δεν άνοιγαν καθώς μπροστά τους ήταν τοποθετημένο ένα πτυσσόμενο κρεββάτι για το παιδι, στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν καλώδια που κρέμονταν από ανοχτές τρύπες πάνω από το ντους, δεν υπήρχε αρκετός χώρος ούτε και ντουλάπι για να ακουμπάμε τα πράγματά μας μέσα στο μπάνιο και η αποχέτευση μύριζε με αποτέλεσμα να αφήνουμε την πόρτα του μπάνιου ανοιχτή διαρκὠς.Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό και το ίδιο καθε μέρα.

(2) Υπήρξε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα σχετικά με τη διαμονή σας; Γενικά πόσο ικανοποιημένος/η μείνατε από την αγορά σας; Απάντηση: τίποτα από τα παραπάνω δε θα μας πείραζε πραγματικά, αν είμασταν ικανοποιημένοι από τη συμπεριφορά των ανθρώπων. Δυστυχώς, ο τρόπος που μας αντιμετώπισαν τελικά ηταν αγενής και αψυχολόγητος. Ενα βράδυ που μόλις είχαμε γυρίσει από το βραδινό μας φαγητό, γύρω στις 9, η ιδιοκτήτρια μας χτύπησε την πόρτα και μας είπε ότι παραπονιούνται επειδή ο γιος μας ( 5 ετὠν ! ) κάνει θόρυβο. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι το παιδάκι είναι γενικά πάρα πολύ ήσυχο - πράγμα που παραδέχτηκε και η ίδια - αλλά '' το άκουσα κι εγώ η ίδια να φωνάζει '' βοήθεια '' το πρωί '', μας είπε. Δεν είχε κάτι να απαντήσει όταν της είπα ότι προφανέστατα το παιδί έπαιζε και έκανε ότι κρύβεται από το λύκο φωνάζοντας '' βοήθεια ''. Μας είπε όμως οτι στο ξενοδοχείο μένουν '' αθλητές που παίρνουν μέρος στους αγώνες σκι και ξυπνάνε πρωί '' και άρα οφείλουμε να μένουμε σιωπηλοί τα βράδια για να κοιμούνται αυτοί! Φυσικά, απαντήσαμε ότι δεδομένου ότι δεν είμασταν καθολου θορυβώδεις είχαμε και εμείς δικαίωμα στις 9 η ώρα το Σάββατο να μιλάμε. Περιττό να πώ ότι επρόκειτο για το τριήμερο της Καθαράς Δευτέρας και ότι και εμεις ξυπνούσαμε από τα αξημέρωτα επειδή οι '' αθλητἐς '' ( στην πραγματικότητα ήταν παιδάκια σχολείου που είχαν συμμετοχή σε αγώνες σκι ) ετοιμάζονταν για το βουνό κάνοντας τρομερό θόρυβο, για τον οποίο εμείς ποτέ δεν παραπονεθήκαμε. Φυσικά, κάναμε φανερή τη δυσαρέσκειά μας και είπαμε στην κυρία ότι με τον τρόπο της μας ενέβαλλε σε τρομερό άγχος και ότι πράγματι είχαμε φτάσει στο σημείο να συνιστούμε στο γιο μας να ψιθυρίζει μέσα στο δωμάτιο για να μην του κάνουν παρατήρηση. Οφείλουμε να πούμε ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης, πάντως, ήταν ευγενέστατος και ουδεμία συμμετοχή είχε στον τρόπο συμπεριφοράς και στις αιτιιάσεις της συζύγου του. Μετά από όλα αυτά λοπον θεωρούμε ότι πρέπει να ρωτήσετε τους ανθρώπους αυτούς αν θέλουν να δέχονται οικογένειες στο κατάλυμά τους. Γιατι γεγονός είναι ότι οι οικογένειες δε μπορούν να κρατάνε τα παιδιά τους φιμωμένα, ειδικά αν είναι τόσο μικρά. Λυπόμαστε που γινόμαστε σκληροί και δεν είναι η πρόθεσή μας να βλάψουμε κανέναν, αλλά ειλικρινά αισθανθήκαμε πραγματικά προσβεβλημένοι και αδικημένοι - πράγματι ο μικρός είναι ιδιαίτερα ήσυχος - και δεν ακούσαμε ούτε ένα '' συγγνώμη ΄΄. The rooms were clean and the couple that owns them are very cheerful helpful and they will do anything they can to accommodate your needs.

I even left my pack and play for 3 days after my stay and they kept it safe until I can come get it back.

Thr breakfast is homemade by the owners and it definitely is made with love.

Big parking space available, and the walk to downtown no more than 5 minutes walking. Don't drive to downtown, you are in Kalavryta. Enjoy the walk. Gas station and grocery place near by as...
