Το γαλακτομπουρεκο (το δοκίμασαν 3 από την παρέα μου) δεν έλεγε τίποτα. Ίσως το χειρότερο γαλακτομπουρεκο που χω φάει (όσοι έχουν γράψει καλές κριτικές μάλλον δεν έχουν ιδέα από γλυκα). Η κρέμα αμφιβάλλω αν ήταν φτιαγμένη με σιμιγδάλι (μάλλον με αλεύρι ήταν), δεν "ακουγοταν" καμμια ιδιαίτερη γεύση να το απογειώσει (όπως πχ του πορτοκαλιού ή του βουτύρου). Το φύλλο κ ασιροπιαστο.
