Niovi Seaside Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Kissamos

Niovi suites are located 30km west of the city of Chania and 4km east of Kissamos in the middle of the gulf just 10 meters from the sea! Suites are constructed in year 2017 with attention to detail and with the best materials (energy class A +). Suites consist of two different apartments, one to the ground floor (5 stair above actual ground) 60 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big living room. The second is on the first floor with one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room. Both suited are fully equipped in order all visitors to have the best possible experience.There is an electric stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Iron, hair dryer, wifi, satellite TV & air-condition in every room. Lastly there is a swimming pool that is cleaned using salt (no clorium) with dimensions 2,4x11meters. Around there are plenty of sunbeds and a nice tent if you want protection...

It is absolutely wonderful place for vacation. Peaceful, very clean with a nice pool, well-groomed garden and magnificent views on the sea and mountains. The apartment is pleasant and really well equipped, nothing that you could think of on your stay is missing here. And the host is a extremely kind person. He doesn't intrude upon you but keep you feel like you are at home well hosted. In walking distance you will find taverns, and small market. In few km there are bigger villages and Kissamos. Amazing place and wonderful hospitality by Nikos and his wife, who provided all the needed information and tips for great tavernas in the area. The suites are well equipped with everything you need and the swimming pool is superclean. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous, especially when the sun goes down.
