Oh gosh! Where to start… let’s talk about some of the things we enjoyed.

  1. Great location in Bali Village- right on the coast of a beautiful little bay with full private beach access.
  2. Room was a good size and included a nice balcony aswell!
  3. The food at the main dining hall was much better than expected for most meals with decent variety and lots of staff adding fresh food often which was a great to see. Wine and beer was also self serve and we absolutely took at least a litres worth to hang out by the pool one night which was fun!

Now on to the not so desirable aspects of this resort… A) We arrived early to a full front end of miserable staff- looking and laughing at us or other guests, it was quite disturbing. Then we were asked to pay a resort fee which was only 6€ for the two nights we stayed.. not terrible so I gave the receptionist 20€ and she said she can’t make change? To that we responded.. okay well then maybe you can waive the fee, she shortly left and went up to the restaurant to grab change which was all in 1€ coins- BAD VIBES??? B) Because check in was taking so long and they didn’t have our room ready, she allowed us to go to lunch with all of our luggage instead of offering to keep it locked up or away from other patrons of the hotel, we decided to schlep the bags down to what was smelling like the worst Mexican fiasco someone could have imagined. The Odor from the lunch hall on this day was absolutely atrocious. Still we gave it a go and by this point the food had been absolutely ransacked and mostly scraps were left as lunch was coming to a close. C) We also asked about a beach towel (this being an ALL INCLUSIVE BEACH RESORT**) to which the front desk staff said was 2€ per use and when asked why that wouldn’t be included as a part of check in, the response back from one of the receptionists was “ You have to pay here because we’re a 3 star resort”… to which I promptly replied, “But that’s not a good excuse.” It was just really tasteless and uncalled for the behaviour of the staff. Then we asked for someone to help us with our bags because we had quite a bit and a case of water. We waited about 15 minutes for the person to arrive and when he did, he just grabbed the case of water and ran ahead, knowing full well that we had no idea where we were going. D) Upon arriving at our room- we noticed 4 cleaning staff sitting outside of our room seemingly off duty. Once we checked the room, we noticed immediately that there we no clean towels so we asked the cleaning staff in the hallway and they said 20-30mins and someone will bring you towels. After over an hour, we called the front desk to get some towels to which the request was ignored and we finally had to go to the front desk after dinner to get some towels to bathe with. D) Wifi was very spotty around the entire resort and not usable at all in the rooms, seemingly without paying for it which is not cool because they advertise free wifi at the entire resort, you’d assume that would be in the room aswell. E) They also charged for the 30€ Cabana’s and 14€ for sunbeds down at their private beach- it’s just a bit of a stretch knowing people go there to be at the beach.. it also takes up most of the beach, it would be nice to have a few less chairs to make the beach more accessible for all guests! F) Parking is stated to be onsite and is street parking in front of the hotel, not terrible but would have appreciated that being clear online (that seems to be a trend for Greece).

All in all, if this place was cleaned up, re-painted and better managed it could be a consistent 4 star+ but as of today, it’s...

Stayed here for a week recently with just my partner, (Sep '23) first of all, the biggest selling point for this hotel is its location, if you can get past certain cons and won't spend much time in your room/hotel then this is a winner. I don't like leaving bad reviews, and would like to point out that the general attitude of the staff was brilliant, you are greeted nicely and feel welcomed.

The room me and my partner has was shocking, A/C hanging off the balcony wall, wrapped in tape the A/C unit didn't work I had to Google the model and figure out how to tamper it to make it stay on for a little while, when it did come on it sounded like an Apache helicopter. Furthermore, when the A/C was running it constantly leaked onto the table below to the point I refused to put it on and I'm not sure if it was a coincidence but the one night we had it running the following days I was ill.

The balcony never gets cleaned, we had ants in every room. The sheets are changed we think twice a week (if that). We had mould patches in corners of our rooms, broken tiles, rotting doors/doorframes. We never got fresh towels the whole time of our stay, we never received any new toilet roll for a week for both items we had to ask every time to the point I was annoyed I ended up taking it from the toilets near our room.

The food is, not the worst but definitely not great. I feel this isn't the chef's fault but a resource problem or management trying to min/max everything. (We noticed the chili was re-used for lasagne, and the chili was probably re used from the Bolognese).

If you're unlucky enough to get a room that's further up be careful of the stairs, not for the faint hearted or elderly extremely taxing and dangerous. I helped a few residents with their bags because they were older than me and felt awful for them, (the staff don't offer to help with bags) so be aware.

The shower we had took about 15 minutes to get warm, it wouldn't switch between tap to shower and the basin was tiny so that was annoying. The shower head was loose, worn and zero power in it. Mould in here also, the shower curtain was filthy, orange stains at the bottom. Although it was built as a wet room it flooded, we had to use towels to dry the floor which weren't getting replaced so, can get annoying. The shower curtain rail wasn't even attached to the wall, so I had to fix it myself and prop it up.

All in all spent a few hours myself on holiday fixing A/C's, shower curtains and cleaning duties including re stocking room. ( I felt I should be on a wage there ).

Literally, the only thing going for this hotel is the location. The general staff were brilliant, (Pool, Beach and Restaurant staff) friendly, informative and welcoming. So thank you guys if you read it, this awful review isn't aimed at them more the Hotel needing a facelift, and or management need a rocket up their arse.

Not worth the money they ask, at all.

Be warned!...

It's a real shame as the location is great but the hotel is really poor and old. Also most the positive reviews on here seem to be people reviewing the beach by accident.

It's as if everything is done in the cheapest way possible and whilst I did eventually get used to the cheap furnishings, mattresses and broken plastic tables/chairs everywhere some things you just can't get over. When we arrived to the room we thought someone had left an old torture device with broken, spikey metal but it turns out this was just what they expected children to sleep on.

The food was dreadful. I was expecting bad from other reviews but it's was even worse. Bland and tasteless. Even things which looked good just seemed to have been made using the cheapest ingredients. The beer tap in the restaurant never worked during our 2 week stay and if you mentioned it to staff (which a few did) you were met very grumpily and nothing was done, the floor was always very slippy too. The no coffee or butter at lunch I also found very strange. Luckily there are some great restaurants around so we went out to eat for most meals.

The staff were incredibly rude and seemed like they wanted to be there less than I did. Always on there phones at the bars so service was dreadful and often with the wrong orders anyway. The room cleaners were very friendly though.

The "all-inclusive" is by definition wrong as "all" is most certainly not included. Instead just a very brief selection of bottom shelf liquors and sodas. The beer tasted like sparkling water. There's a fridge in the room but even a small bottled water is charged €0.50 when it's €1.50 for 6 large bottles in Maria's Supermarket nearby.

The "private" beach is actually shared and €7 a day for a lounger and umbrella is a bit of a rip off. I get it's the same at all the beaches but with the hotel wristband it should be free. It costs the hotel nothing to have them there. Strangely the beach bar which you pay for actually had great drinks and food it's just a shame it doesn't extend to the rest of the hotel.

The pool could be nice but the nice view you expect from pictures isn't seen as the glass is so dirty and the tiles are broken and rough.

We didn't mind the steps that much but I think we got very lucky having a room near the beach and not in the other side of the hotel which has a lot of steps and is so overgrown it almost looks abandoned. A bit of love and a gardener would make the place look so much nicer.

In all we were left feeling very disappointed. The area was lovely but I wouldn't...

The area was lovely but I wouldn't stay here again.
