Read moreIt is a nice little beach, that is with sand. There are not many places with shadows in Varkotopos, but you can always get one of the sun umbrellas that are always there. They are not expensive. But I recommend you to come here earlier in the morning, because there are less people. Many people come later during the day. The water becomes blurry in the shores but then becomes clearer the deeper you go. There are many children in Varkotopos because there is an inflatable 'playing-course' and they can go there to play. Best use for this beach is in late evening: grab some wine, olives and cheese in the nearby shop and come have a nice drink on the sunbeds under the stars right...
