I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Milena, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the hotel's team of receptionists. From the moment I made my booking, before my arrival, their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made my stay truly unforgettable.

This is definitely not just a one-star hotel in my opinion. It is clean, comfortable, and everything was perfect! The location was perfect both from the town, airport and there is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel! I also had no issues getting a taxi to this hotel, every taxi driver knew this hotel.

Their team of receptionists: Zisis, Frosso and Giannis, demonstrated a level of hospitality that surpassed all expectations. Their genuine smile and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. They handled the check-in process efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition to my room while taking the time to provide me with valuable information about the hotel's amenities and services. I am especially thankful to them because I knew they paid special attention to me because they knew that I was a female solo traveler and frequently checked in on my wellbeing and safety!

Throughout my stay, Zisis consistently went above and beyond to cater to my needs. He expertly handled any requests I had, promptly and with a positive attitude. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering suggestions for local attractions, or providing extra amenities, their commitment to ensuring my comfort was evident in every interaction.

Feeling at home! We stayed at the Milena hotel for 4 nights and they were really super nights! From check in to check out everything was perfect according to our expectations we set by reading the good reviews. Zisis upon arrival, given also the late hour at the hotel, greeted us with a mega smile and gave us a lot of valuable information regarding the island, map in hand he revealed to us amazing places that we had not seen in Mykonos in the past years! He even took care of renting us a scooter by having it delivered directly to the hotel, that's knowing how to do hospitality with a capital H! Not to be outdone were Frosso and partner who took care of our stay and did not let us lack anything. The cleanliness is remarkable, also the location, just minutes from the airport and downtown. I would like to thank the owners of this hotel for the nice experience we had during our vacation.|We were welcomed by them and been instructed about all the surroundings and transportation tips and they almost answered all our inquiries about the town, gave us advice about restaurants, markets and everything. |They even cared about our departure and offered to arrange transportation and gave advice about bus times.|There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.|If you arrive from the airport take the airport bus and just tell the driver Milena Hotel.|It's from a walkable distance to little Venice and downtown town.|There is a nice bakery right in front of the hotel and a supermarket as well.|Rooms were cleaned everyday, towels were changed and everything was perfect. ||Owners were super welcoming and smiling ☺ all times of the day this added much to our experience.|Thank you guys |Wish you...
