A complete rip-off — stay away!

This restaurant is clearly a trap for tourists rushing to catch a flight. It’s right across from the airport, and they take full advantage of that.

The portions are ridiculously small, prices are sky-high, and the staff is extremely rude and dishonest.

I ordered a dish that normally comes with American sauce. The server didn’t even ask if I wanted a specific sauce, so I expected it as usual. After a long wait (20 minutes for someone to take our order, then 45 minutes to get our food), my dish finally arrived — without the sauce.

I politely asked if they could add some. The chef suddenly became furious and drowned my entire dish in an insane amount of sauce, making it completely impossible to eat.

On top of that, they secretly added €4 to the bill for this “extra sauce” — even though the server had promised it was free. When I questioned it, the chef, server, and manager all started yelling at me, demanding I pay for something I hadn’t even asked for.

We had high expectations for this restaurant based on the good reviews, but our experience was anything but satisfactory. We placed an order, but one of the items was missing upon delivery. It was a difficult correspondence.

When we called to address the issue, the person on the phone rudely told us to "contact on WhatsApp, bye" and hung up without even providing the WhatsApp number. We had to search for the number on Facebook ourselves. Poor approach already.

Despite our polite approach, we received no response or apology from the restaurant, and the missing food never arrived. Additionally, we were not offered a refund for the undelivered items as you can see from the screenshot.

The poor customer service and lack of accountability left us extremely disappointed. Tip: Excellent customer service goes a long way, especially as we are heavy food critics on...

Our taxi driver recommended Oreo as a restaurant option rather than eating in the airport before our flight, and we're so glad he did! 2 min walk over road to airport. Great service, good portions and authentic freshly cooked food, good selection. Also good value. Lovely friendly staff, efficient service. Highly recommended to have one last good Greek meal before your flight, also seemed frequented by local drivers picking up take aways, always a good sign. Will be coming again on our next...
