The Keti Kapri building itself is very beautiful, a white façade with blue accessories in Cycladic-style details with a pleasant outdoor seating and beautiful front garden full of flowers. Owners - nice and pleasant people who run their business with great love and care. Perfect cleanliness and cleaning to excellent. The great bonus of this accommodation is near to the beach, a short walk from the beach from the supermarket, two taverenes and a bus stop to Chora, which runs every 30 minutes. We lived in a spacious studio for 3 people on the first floor with a balcony and partial sea views. The room was very nicely furnished, new bathroom, kitchen, comfortable beds and a spacious balcony. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for occasional cooking and food preparation. We also found a sponge and a dish towel. There was also a eletric kettle. On the balcony there is a metallic clothes dryer, equipped with pins. The only thing we missed was the bedside lamps for reading. Maragas Beach - Plaka is just a few meters acros the dusty road. The beach itself is the absolute top. Clear crystal sea, gold tihgtened sand that it is possible to take walks on each side for...
Read moreOur stay at Keti Kapri was a frustrating mess. We booked and paid for a studio, but were given a double (the category they’d normally sell it as) and then dishonest words and empty promises followed.
Key issues:
Room Mismatch: The double room we got didn’t match the studio we booked and paid, plain and simple.
Empty Promises: The owner, Christos, promised a refund for the downgrade, but once we left, our requests were flat-out ignored.
Deceptive Practices: It felt like the sister was the one managing the bookings and knew what was up, while the brother, Christos, played innocent. Terrible.
Not Just Us: Other reviews show we’re not the first to be misled. This is a pattern, not a one-off.
Transparency Fail: Keti Kapri’s misleading ads are more than disappointing—they’re a rip-off.
It's not about the money, it's about the principle of receiving what you pay for and trusting to make a transaction.
Save yourself the trouble—skip this place. I guess it’s all a lottery as looking at other reviews, we were not the only...
Read moreThe 3-bed studio where we stayed for a week was spacious, beautifully decorated, with a lovely bathroom, a handy kitchenette, and a big balcony with views of the sea, of Paros across the water, and up and down the coast. It was also very private and quiet. The family were lovely and helpful. And it was only 50 meters to the fantastic beach, as well as a handy supermarket and the closest of several tavernas. Highly recommend.||||The 2-bed studio we stayed in for a couple of days was older and less luxurious, but still nice, though the bathroom was basic. It had a balcony overlooking the forest and hills behind the guest-house. And the other advantages of the guesthouse still applied - great location, very clean, private, kitchenette, good...
