Villa Harmony — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

Went here for a week of holidays, the location is amazing, no doubt about that - the apartments are spacious and beds were really comfortable. It could be worth noting that the extra beds are on the "ground" floor, and if you have neighbours that spend the evening on their frintside, then you hear EVRYTHING they say. We had to move the matress up on the 2nd floor as the sound insulation between the apartments was literally non-existing. That´s unfortunate.

Now to the bad thing - in apartment number 8, we arrived on a Saturday evening, nothing to complain about. On sunday afternoon we discovered drops in the ceiling - and ofc this made us worried, so we informed the reception, and our travel agent. They were quick on assisting, but nothing they did helped. So, this dropping roof was with us 5 out of 7 nights - turns out the hotel and travel agent were aware of this issue from previous weeks, but didn´t tell us about it, until we heard from another couple that had been there 3 weeks that there had been the same exakt issue the weeks before, where the guests had been moved to another hotel 1 km from the beach, instead of this 100 meter to the beach. This was quite unprofessional and energydraning to have to mention the same issue every single day to the reception.

So, great location, nice rooms - but bring earplugs if you are...

A very nice hotel close to the best part of the great Naxos beach. Many good restaurants and a supermarket close by also. Of course it would be better if the hotel was right by the beach but the two minute walk there isn't really a problem.||Unfortunately the pool area is a bit deserted. If they played some music it would be more lively.||Now to the one really bad experience. The cleaning staff drank or stole from our opened whisky bottle! We suspected something when one day half the whisky was gone without us having had any. We made a mark om the bottle and went to the beach. When we got back to the hotel even more whisky was gone. When we told the staff about the problem they gave us 20 euro and an apology bit nothing more. This was an unpleasant experience. Who knows what else they took from us and other guests?||So keep your, whisky and valuables in the safety box (which they ironically charge 1 euro per day for) and you will have a great holliday on...

Our second time staying here two years in a row so that alone says a lot. Lovely and cosy beachside family friendly accommodation with a bar, pool and the most gorgeous view of the sea, Paros and the sunset every evening. Amazing value. Excellent location if you prefer some peace and tranquility without being far from essential amenities including a supermarket, restaurant, bus stop and ATM. Breakfast option available. Very accomodating and personable hosts: last year we were hosted by the ever so lovely Maria (who we were told this year is on leave as a result of having a baby- congratulations), and this year we had the pleasure of meeting and having the equally lovely Georgia (she made quite the impression on our kids), and her Mum, Katerina (hope I got that right), as our hosts. We had such a great time; only downside was having to leave. We cannot wait to be back again in future for sure. Highly rated and...
