Milestones Hotel in Plaka, Naxos — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was perfectly designed and immaculate. My sister and I were stunned by how beautiful the view was from our room. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, to the point where I almost asked the staff where they were from! I literally am obsessed with the bathroom setup, as our room had a shower room. I looked forward to taking a shower everyday, which is not usually the case for showers in Greece for me. What really stood out to me was the breakfast. My sister and I are gluten and dairy free, and the staff accommodated for our allergies for our breakfast!! That honestly was so thoughtful and we weren’t expecting it at all! Another big plus of staying here is that the family that owns Milestones Hotel also owns Peppermint at Plaka Beach, which is only a 5 minute drive. We forgot beach towels and they provided us with towels no questions asked! The staff was super nice and we didn’t have to pay for the umbrella and chairs. The only negative of this hotel is the doors to the rooms. My sister had I had a hard time opening the door, but the staff were so nice to help us out and show us how to properly open it. I recently stayed at the Milestone Hotel on the island of Naxos, and I had a great experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They delivered a fantastic breakfast to my room every morning, assisted with airport transfers, took care of laundry, and offered excellent recommendations for local spots to visit.

The rooms are brand new and beautifully finished, with quality appliances that added a touch of luxury to the stay. The room's were a perfect place to relax.

The hotel's location is within a short walk to a beautiful beach. The beach features white sand, plenty of sun beds, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The views of the neighboring islands from the beach are beautiful making it a peaceful...

Absolute joke of a company. Calling us less than 1 month to our booking, claiming they have 'overbooked due to a system glitch' more likely they got a direct booking and are making more money. They say they called me all week - lies, I have the records.

Person on the phone was useless, they can't even manage a tiny hotel for bookings.. how do you expect your stay to go?

No confidence when you book here, they will just cancel at will with no punishment and no offer of goodwill.

She offered to help me find other hotels... as if I'd trust them to do that when they can't...
