Premiera — Restaurant in Municipality of Kallithea

We had dinner at Premiera Restaurant in Athens after trying to book for many days. Since we waited so long, we decided to order food for five people, even though we were only two! The waiter was surprised but very kind. The food was delicious. We had eggplant filled with spicy walnut paste and pomegranate, stuffed hot peppers with chicken and bacon, six manti (three of each kind), and sarmades with black cabbage, minced pork, and rice. Everything was full of flavour, and the ingredients were fresh. To drink, we had a refreshing alcohol-free beer. The ambience was warm and quiet, just like a traditional Russian home. The lighting was low, with spotlights only on the tables, creating a cosy atmosphere. It felt very comfortable and welcoming. Update: we went back and once again had an excellent experience. The food, service and setting were exceptional.

I had dinner here with a group of 8, friends and family. We made reservations the previous day and were seated right away when we arrived. The menu is Russian cuisine and every course was delicious. For appetizers we had two types of Blinis, traditional Russian crepes. The chicken and mushroom as well as the spinach and veggie. The bread was homemade and our salad was the Premiera, a beetroot and assorted veggies in a mushroom sauce; absolutely delicious. Our main course was Saslik; skewers of pork and chicken. Both had fried potatoes and pickled onion on the side. Beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious. The setting was gorgeous and service was impeccable....

We’ve been to a lot of restaurants in Athens, this is definitely the best.

Everything was top quality my goodness, they even served freshly out the oven, home made bread.

Amazing service, amazing interior and exterior, family oriented, would definitely recommend the garden, especially for afternoon brunch, evening dinner and business meetings.

Environment is very relaxed, and the waiters are 5-star.
