this is the hotel by far i had the worst horrible service. Totally Agree with the previous review. The hotel has nobody at reception at all if you arrive in the afternoon or basically any time after early morning.||The phone number they gave out in their website is also useless, as it links to the reception which had nobody around. Some rooms are numbered, some are not, and be aware that your room could be actually located outside the main corridor! The hotel has nobody/no direction given at all but expect you to find the right room yourself. In my case, I did not and they charged 50 euro more for the wrong night stay which I did not enjoy at all. Also you might have an Aircon in some room, but without a remote!!! and there will not be a reception to ask for it till next day morning. ||||Also the fun bit is the room had no hot water switched on ready for the guests, again you are meant to figure out yourself. Otherwise you might need to wait till next day that you can get hold of someone to resolve the issue for you.||||The location is quite a bit distance from the centre, and you need to climb a few very steep steps before reaching the hotel. Not the best location for beach either because of the short/steep walk and the nearest stretch of beach to the hotel is a bit dirty. It is hard to get taxi just by the side of the road from the hotel location. ||||The only instance I would rec you to go is if you can arrive there before 10am on the day! although I am not sure if they would charge you an extra night for...

I booked a room in early June for August(i.e. two months in advance)||||They let me know 3(three) days earlier that there was no availability because they needed my room for medical reasons. I never believed it as I believe that they simply wished to give my room to someone who needed for more days than I did.||||They offered my un ugly and dirty room in another hotel.When I complained the lady who manages the rooms (Chrysoula) tried to find another room but she offered my the option of staying in a hotel 12 kilometers away from downtown. This option was not attractive for me and I decided to report what had happened in the Tourism Police.||||When this lady learned about my plans she called me and she started screaming,insulting me and she stated that she could ruin my vacation, and that my corporal integrity was in danger. After that she closed the phone and she did not respond to my calls.||||When I called her manager he defended her and he stated that what she said was right and that he supported her.||||These people are bandals, uncivilised and bullies. The hotel is placed close to the beach as well as the town centre. We had an amazing view to the sea! We have rented a car so we had the possibility to visit other beaches so we didn’t use much the beach close to the hotel. The beach is rocky as well as the water (you can buy water shoes if you have sensitive feet lol). It’s also close to very nice restaurants and taverns. The place itself is very clean, quite impressed I might add, the wifi signal was a bit weak but you should be out and about when on holiday so it didn’t bother us. We were well received when we came, they explained to us that we have to turn the hot water button on and wait 5 minutes before showering, how to use the AC, etc. We didn’t interact much with the hosts during our stay as we were almost never there and unfortunately we had to leave the key in the room as the reception was closed when we left (we had an early flight).
