Kimata Seaside Experience — Hotel in Municipality of Rethymnon

We stayed in Rothos & we cannot recommend these apartments high enough. From convenience to comfort to ideal location for both walking catching a bus or if you have a car getting around the island. We stayed here and loved it. Kitchen was very well stocked on arrival with lots of treats, snacks, food and drink to get us started. Lots of shops nearby supermarkets and fresh fruits stores ideal for self catering, plus a well equipped kitchen, toastie maker, kettle, coffee machine, mini food blender, very handy indeed. Local Noulis is ideal for those who do not want to cook. Very comfortable furniture too. Great beds and even better pillows. A/C was top rate we haven’t ever seen better quality A/C system anywhere on holidays like it before. Perfect for staying cool on those very hot Greek summer days, but also the sea breezes were absolutely Beautiful too. Early morning swims were so lovely there. It;s location is perfect for traveling around the island too. Very central to both Chania (another recommendation to go there) Heraklion (not so much TBH) and definitely Triopeta, Plakias … beach on the south of the island all only 40 minutes away.

We had a lovely time at the Thetis Beachfront Retreat. The villa and facilities were top tier, it was immaculately clean and had a beautiful design. We really enjoyed lounging on the sunbeds and taking a dip in the plunge pool. Plus - the view is incredible, especially the sunrise in the morning.
