Very Nice accommodation, extremely close to the beach (around 2 minutes walk - we’ve had rooms in resorts that were more far to the beach than this accommodation 🤭). Size of the room (room 102) was good, bed comfortable and the AC was working very good. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, it included eggs, ham, butter, jam and all those specific for breakfast, and then coffee/tea/juice. Room was cleaned every second day; we did not have hair dryer and iron, but I understood we could have requested them. Also we only had one single glass which was a bit less at times. There is a store right near the accommodation which makes things easier (also that is where you receive the key from). We did not have a closet/clothes hanger which it’s a bit unpleasant for longer stays, + the safe was not working, but overall in my opinion very good value/money.

Era iniziata apparentemente bene come vacanza. Nonostante sin da subito abbiamo trovato cose che andavano ben poco come ad esempio il cancello rotto e ci è stato promesso una sistemazione il giorno seguente e dicendoci “l’importante è avere la porta chiusa” come se fosse una giusta giustificazione, non è mai venuto nessuno ad aggiustare nulla. Seconda cosa la pulizia, niente di perfetto, niente che desse un profumo di pulito se non solo ed esclusivamente puzza di fogna, proveniente dagli scarichi del bagno e della cucina, che inondava completamente la camera! Il bagno non è mai stato pulito, ma c’era solo il cambio asciugamani, allo stesso modo per le lenzuola. Ma adesso arriva la parte “divertente”: dopo un’intera giornata fuori, rientriamo in casa e SULLA CUCINA, esattamente NELLA PENTOLA, appare un bello e grosso scarafaggio. La primissima cosa che facciamo è quella di chiamare Mike che ci chiude la chiamata in faccia e ci scrive su whatsapp citando “solo messaggi”, gli comunichiamo il problema quale fosse e scocciato ci risponde che non è un problema grave e ci propone un cambio hotel ma andando a leggere le recensioni scopriamo che è messo peggio del Bivalvia, abbiamo provato a dirgli di rimborsarci le ultime due notti che mancavano e che in questo caso avremmo provveduto a modo nostro, ha rifiutato dicendo che non era un suo problema. L’unico suo “aiuto “ è stato quello di mandarci una donna delle pulizie fuori orario, quando lei è arrivata ha ben deciso di rispondere al mio ragazzo in fretta e furia che non c’era nulla (appena entrata in appartamento senza nemmeno controllare) e che doveva andarsene. Concludo dicendo che gli abbiamo proposto di far venire qualcuno che ci pulisse camera nei minimi dettagli e che ovviamente ci passasse un bel po di disinfettante ma la sua bella risposta è stata l’ignorarci, senza darci nessuna risposta! Ci ha fatto perdere un intero pomeriggio e A SPESE NOSTRE abbiamo dovuto prenotare un altro hotel! Faliraki è splendida ma se mai dovessi ritornarci sicuramente non farò visita a Bivalvia!

I had the bad luck of booking two apartments based on the pictures on their website. Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment and a Deluxe Apartment. Once we reached there the apartments were not the same as on the pictures. Of course I tried calling their number that was routed to an agency and an email, but no response. The rooms have no proper power outlets, the air-conditioning hat such a strong light and the shades are not helpful at all to keep the lights away in the morning. The walls are thin, to the extent that we could hear the phone vibrating from the neighbours. The walls and windows are not sound proof so we would hear everything during the night I do not recommend this place.

We were searching for our trip very long - we have two small kids and we wanted to everything to be perfect. Accommodation in Bivalvia Beach Plus was everything, but not perfect. If we ever will go to Rhodos again, we certainly dont stay in Bivalvia Beach Plus. We stayed here for 12 days and the cleaning ladies were in our room only three times! (They have written that they clean their rooms every second day)||But even if they went more often, it wouldnt change anything on the cleanliness of the room. Even if the cleaning lady was in our room it was nowhere to be seen. She only put the new towels on the bed each time. After their „cleaning“ was the sand everywhere, the floor was not clean, the mirror was dirty and the sheets were the old ones. Not to mention the terrace. We started to deal with it after our son came running with a scream from bathroom: „Mom, dad, quick, there is a cocroach!!!“ Unfortunately, it wasnt the only cocroach in this apartment. We told everything to the lady from Platea café (this accommodation has no reception, this lady gave us the keys from our room), but she only smile at us, nodded, but nothing happened - the lady is not the owner. ||We started to deal it with our delegate - she was great, tried her best to help us. She arranged the cleaning ladies went to clean our room again, unfortunately nothing changed after that. They only spray our room with something against the cocroaches, but the only effect was that the room smelled awful and we had to stay outside. We also had water flowing from the shower through the wall into the hallway. The lady called the technician - he came, said „its fixed“, but after two showers the water flows to the hallway again. ||The next few days until our departure, the cleaning ladies did not come to our room, even through they were cleaning the rooms around us. It happened to us for the first time that we were looking forward to going home. ||And as a great ending - after we called our delegate to do something with it, sons inflatable ring disappeared from our terrace. We left it on our terrace the whole vacation and suddenly it was lost. ||What a surprise, we found it in the local supermarket exposed inflated for sale. We dont know, if such a coincidence can happen, but this ring we had for three years, bought it in Czech republic and it is no longer sold anywhere. We were at many supermarkets all over the Rhodos and this exactly same inflatable ring was nowhere to sell. The man from supermarket (also the Bivalvias gardener, what a coincidence, you know? :D) told us that he has many of it, but he didnt showed us. There was the only one piece, inflated, with the grains of the sand and for double price! :D The other man from this supermarket lives in Bivalvia… It`s just so ridiculous. Never...
