this was an amazing meal. the dimitra restaurant is absolutely beautiful. situated on faliraki beach, your meal comes with a stunning view. the starter was one of the best starters i have ever had. the roast courgette and feta was gorgeous. i have ever had anything quite like this. the dish was a mixture of tomato, courgette and feta, topped with mozzarella and feta. it was exquisite. the bread was so fresh, and the hummus was amazing. the shrimp sagnaki was amazing. the pasta was homemade and absolutely delicious. the sauce was so tasty and the shrimp were so fresh. they were not stingy with the shrimp, i had at least 10 on my plate. the steak is one of the nicest steaks i have ever tasted. it was so tender, juicy and delicious. it was also cooked perfectly as asked, medium rare. it was served with a jacket potato that was very creamy, and green beans that had been cooked so well. the only complaint i have is they did not provide a steak knife alongside the steak, making it difficult to cut. besides this, everything was perfect. the service was on point and the staff were so friendly. the experience i had here was amazing and i would highly recommend to anyone...
Read moreNot to sound American, I understand that the love for the olive oil is a local thing, but its amount is biblical in this place! All of the vegetables in the salad are slowly dissolving in the full bowl of olive oil, like the icebergs are melting due to global warming. Don’t let the charismatic old people drinking homemade rose fool you, that pinkish liquid will make you rethink your life choices and will probably return the gyros you ate at lunch back into this world full of sin. One good thing about the place is a cat walking around, but even it will aim to shine his back hole at you any chance it gets, which is kind of cute. Upon receiving the starters, Gordon Ramsey would have a stroke here. This place will violate you gastronomically and mentally. We actually left a tip, because we were scared that otherwise they would offer a complimentary oil up of our back ends with olive oil. The sea looked nice, cat was cute, water had the...

Also had the chance to eat here twice, and the food was genuinely delicious — fresh, flavourful, and exactly what you’d hope for in a beachside meal.
Big thanks to Mike for the consistently great service, always friendly and welcoming. And a special shoutout to the bartender, who somehow made the perfect Corona every single time.
Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re...
