HAPPYLAND — Local services in Municipality of Rhodes

We’re here on holiday and needed something else other than the pools and beach for our girls who are 2 & 4. This place is excellent! There’s a bell at the bottom of the stairs to get assistance with pushchairs as there’s no lift. Staff are so happy and quick to be of assistance too.

The facilities are great. The play area is staffed and children are supported by these staff. I cannot speak more highly of these ladies. They were attentive and fun and so aware of all the children.

There is a separate play area for 1-3 year olds but you are given discretion as a parent if you feel your child is ok in the bigger kid area.

There’s also screens to watch your children in various areas of the play area and you are able to relax whilst the staff supervise their play. Secure door at the entrance/exit too.

We will be visiting again before...

At 3 euros it's cheap. Everyone inside was friendly and I felt they welcomed us very well. My only gripe is that you have walk your child through a smoking area to enter and exit the building. Now I understand that most European countries have different views on smoking inside buildings but this one was a bit too far. Apart from that everything else was brilliant. Good for the kids. Expensive for parents 5e for entry is OK and matches quality, but 14 euros for lemonade and mythos beer is too much. We paid 5 euros at the entrance and you charged us again with a drink (mythos and lemonade =14euros) and no bill to see and react. Because of no coordination of stuff we had bad user Experience. It's not about the money, it's about principle. It feels bad...
