Niso Residence — Hotel in Municipality of Serifos

Fantastic apartment, quiet and very clean. New and modern tasteful equipment. Extremely well-equipped kitchen (a milk frother!), bathroom with fluffy towels, walk-in shower and touch lighting built into the mirror. A spacious terrace and an alcove with armchairs and tables to enjoy the early morning and night freshness in the middle of summer, both spaces are shaded. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and the air conditioning works perfectly well. Our host, kind and friendly, took care of all the little details, refreshments and plenty of ice, jam and butter in the fridge were waiting for us. In addition to the quality of the apartment, its location is perfect. Just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Livadi, access to supermarkets, restaurants and souvenir shops are immediate. Livadaki beach is only a short walk away. If you rent a car, there is free parking 50m from the accommodation. This is the ideal place to stay in Serifos and enjoy its many charms. Our room was clean and spacious. There is a small but very well equiped kitchen, a washing machine and pretty much anything you could need during your stay (beach towels, beach umbrella, children's toys, portable fridge and even diving masks!) The location is very close to the port, but beware that the road is steep or you need to take stairs. On the negative, there was no cleaning during our stay,but you are provided with anything you need (clean towels etc). The balcony is surrounded by buildings, but has nice and comfortable furniture.
