Огромное спасило за оказанную помощь и прекрасный таймлапс, который в результате удалось снять!||Настоятельно рекомендую это тихое, спокойное, прекрасное место для отдыха вдвоем!||||We spent in this hotel 5 unforgettable days.||excellent service. Even though our ferry was late considerably with the arrival of (almost 3 hours), we met on the dock machine and employee took things and brought them to the hotel. Despite the late hour, the restaurant offered us was a wonderful dinner of fresh seafood, even though we were only two. It should be noted that it is possible to pre-order meals for lunch and dinner.||Breakfast is great: fresh pastries, fine honey, coffee and juice.||And breakfast is not repeated every day!||Location perfect hotel. The rooms offer a wonderful view of the harbor. The only downside was the rather noisy air conditioner, worked perfectly.||It should be noted the excellent staff. Anna manager did everything possible for a comfortable stay. All requests followed by immediate reaction. I have a question to the placement of photographic equipment for night shooting Perseid meteor shower. All the problems were successfully resolved after consultation the manager Anna with the hotel owner. Many thanks for the help and their assistance and beautiful timelaps, which as a result was able to take off!||Highly recommend this quiet, peaceful, the...

Stayed for one night, clean room, first floor view is the tavern in front of the beach, absolutely no shade during the day in the balcony, poor maintenance of the air conditioning system, old doors and windows and as a result soundproofing was horrible, a small bottle o shampoo per two guests, shower curtain couldn't stop the water from plunging into the bathroom, owner kept one of our IDs the moment we arrived at the hotel (I don't know how legal was that) and we felt like we were easy money for her. Definitely won't stay again, it's worth it only in case you spend the night in agia roumeli after crossing the gorge and planning on staying outside and return only for sleeping! Update: we've paid 2.5€ for a small bottle of water and 5€ each for a beer...

We have just returned from a 6-day stay at the Agia Roumeli Hotel. It may be a 2-star hotel, but we had a truly 5-star experience. The room was not luxurius, but was nice and clean, the bed great and the view stunning. On top of that the hostcouple Anna and husbund and staff were all so accommodating, serviceminded and friendly. Breakfast, portionserved, was exellent, lunch the same, both served at their Beach Bar, also with a stunning view. The hotels beach has private sunbeds. Hotelguests only for free. The small town itself, lying where the Samaria Gorge endd, is so quiet and peaceful. Hikers however arrives around 12 a clock and onwards, leaving with the last ferry at 1730 hrs, again leaving the village quiet. A stay at the hotel is a...

I could not have asked for a nicer stay at this lovely hotel. I appreciated the simplicity and location and am most grateful for the beautiful breakfasts, with fresh baked gluten free items daily by the ever lovely Anna. And exfaristo poli to Pavlo for the perfectly made espresso each morning. The hotel may not be the most modern in terms of style but it suited me perfectly. It’s a 50 year old hotel kept in immaculate shape and extremely clean. I liked the fact it had not been modernized to the bland international style of beige interiors. It was my third visit to Agia Roumeli and I look forward to my next visit and stay here. With gratitude and appreciation to both Anna and Pavlo.

Loved our stay here (it’s worth it to upgrade to the sea view rooms with balconies—night blooming jasmine smells delicious, and you can watch the sea and stars). The room comes with access to the nicest beach club with free use of a chair, which is also a plus. Breakfast was delicious and served with a sea view—homemade local pastries, eggs, cheese, fruit with yogurt and honey, etc. booking fit two nights and hiking the gorge in the middle is a great way to do it. There are lots of delicious tavernas, and if you hike the gorge first thing in the morning, you get to the Gates without anyone else there, which was so worth it. We wished we had booked more time at this lovely hotel!
