Fotini Studios 1 — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Good location and near to everything - beach, supermarket, butcher shop, restaurants. No view on the sea. Rooms are outdated, would need a good renovation, especially the bathroom, but also wordrobe and beds that squicky. We did not have a proper pan, there was some but very bad and useless. Room was clean when we enter it, and was once more cleaned for the stay of 9 nights. Wifi is very bad, almost never working in rooms. Balcony was nice and big. Garden was promising kida playground, bit only the cars are parked there so not really pleasant to sit next to them. Hosts are polite and nice, welcomed us with coffee and juice and prepared...
