An extraordinarily great pleasure to enjoy relaxing in this perfect location. It is so well equipped that you feel extremely comfortable. The terrace of the second floor offers you a wonderful view, on two sides we stayed at the apartment on the corner.

Iliadis House  is located very close to everything you need.  You can reach the beach in two minutes, you have all kinds of shops and restaurants  around the property .

It's a pleasure to be here.  In June, the scent of flowers and flowering trees is delightful . I love the decorative wall objects in this location, the mirrors, the paintings.

The staff who take care of the cleaning are very attentive and caring.  The lady at the reception is kind, nice, always attentive and very helpful.

The property is beautifully maintained, supervised by a very attentive, kind, friendly owner .

I highly recommend you to buy souvenirs from the shop of the owner of this special guest house, which is located nearby, has special, beautiful things that will surely pleasantly remind you of the moments spent in Sarti.

This hotel is perfect.

The location is wonderful, so close to the beach and all the supermarkets and other points of interest in Sarti.

The host has a pleasant personality and beautiful energy. He even offered my husband and me the option to choose our room. We chose the one on the second floor. From the balcony, we can see the beautiful mountains and even a little bit of the sea.

The room is clean and cozy, with nicely colored walls and stylish mirrors. I love the beautiful clock on the wall of the first floor. I also appreciated that instead of the common small soaps and shower gels, we received a large container of liquid soap. Oh, and we also received a welcoming present from our host: homemade anise tsipouro, which we will try back home.

Although small, the fridge is efficient and can accommodate many items.

The rest of the hotel team, particularly the ladies in charge of cleaning, are very pleasant as well.

The parking spot is great. The grapevines above it ensure that the cars are protected from the sun.

We will definitely return next year for a much longer stay. Congratulations to the host...

Iliadis House is locates in the heart of Sarti, few steps from the beach, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, kids playgrounds and everything else you might need for you and your kids. The rooms are not very spacious but there is enough space. Private balcony is a big plus, except the apartments on the ground floor that share a common space with tables and chairs.
