One of the best places to stay at in Nikiti. We had such a wonderful time! The location is very close to the beach (2-3 min) yet it is a very quiet area. The location offers about 5 separate apartments ( I think), so it isn't very crowded. The garden is lovely: very green and has an extra table in case of larger gatherings. Each apartment has a large balcony with a large table (even ground floors). The rooms are just like in the pictures: modern, very clean, comfortable beds (large bed in bedroom and an extendable sofa in in the living/ kitchen area). The kitchen is very well equipped, the appliances all new, even a sandwich maker. The bathroom is not very large, but sufficient for a family, with constant hot water. Parking is available inside the courtyard, but there is also a vacant lot next door where you can park. The hosts are very nice people, friendly and helpful! There was also a housekeeper who cleaned the floors everyday and changed linens and towels every 2 or 3 days. The location also accepts pets, provided they are quiet. The only downside location wise is that it is a bit far from the main street and there aren't many stores within comfortable walking distance, but there are good restaurants nearby. We've had a very pleasant time in our cozy, clean apartment. The owners are rather polite, well informed and interesting people to talk to. The beach is about 80m down the street which was ideal for our family. There's enough space to park up to 5 cars in the yard and the main gate closes after dark, so we felt safe all the time. Very clear apartments, cosy, with excellent beds in separate bedroom. App. no. 4 was ours, for the second time in 11 years, so we saw new beds and new furniture this time. Landlords are on the premises, lady is a bit slow in english but patient. Location is excellent if you don't want the beach hussle, but to be just close to it - in this case less than 100 m.
