Niriides rooms - Porto Koufo - Sithonia — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

The villa is situated in a nice, green area. It has a nice garden with a playground for children. The owners are very nice and tried to solve any problems, you fell welcomed. Noni served us with a home-made cake and frape / juice when we arrived. The apartments are large enough, we stayed in an apartment with two rooms and two balconies, one of them with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast. ||Although is near the main road, there is silence, the area not being so circulated. I liked that there was nets against flies at the balconies's doors and the kitchen is well equipped, including microwave.||The minuses were that, in 5 days, we had 3 times problems with hot water, not all day, but in different moments of the day - for example, in one evening we came back at 9 pm and there was no hot water (the water was really cold and you can't take a shower), another time in the morning.||The garbage was taken at every 2 days, this can be an inconvenient especially at the toilet. Another minus was the very bad drain from the bath's floor, which lead to a bad smell in the bathroom. ||The cleaning was ok, made at every 2 days, when they changed towels and beds.||A very good idea was the different color towels, so that every member of the family could...

Me and my friends spent ten days in this lovely house. The list of good memories and moments is endless! The host, Sofia, was the most welcoming person I have ever met. She made us feel like we were visiting her, not renting a holiday house. From the welcoming cakes, through the care and advices she was giving us, that was with no doubt the best summer holiday vocation! The place is not on a beach but there is one walking distance from there. There are many places to eat again in walking distance. The fact that we didn't have a beach directly next to us made us explore the area and visit different place almost every day. Sofia was giving us tips on where to go and what to eat. She even booked for us a bouzuki night in Sykia, which was very different from what I had seen. Totally recommend it and really hope we will go back there again! Thank...

Συμβουλή !!!! Μακρυα και όπου φύγει φύγει από αυτά τα ενοικιαζόμενα !!!! Η χειρότερη εμπειρία της ζωής μας … ένα παρατημένο δωμάτιο 90 ευρώ η βραδια κλεισμένο πριν 3 μήνες ενώ η τωρινή τιμή του 160 ευρώ !!! με χαλασμένο ψυγείο σίτες κατεστραμενες που έπεφταν κάτω όταν τις άνοιγες μπαλκονόπορτες που δεν έκλειναν …. Το χειρότερο ένα μπάνιο με μούχλα στην ντουζιέρα μινιόν που δεν χωραγές καν !!!! Σε πολλά σημεια του διαμερίσματος β ρώμια!!! Στις παρατηρήσεις που έγιναν στους ιδιοκτήτες για όλα αυτά ότι το κατάλυμα δεν τηρεί τις προϋποθέσεις τις στοιχειώδεις πήραμε την απάντηση «Ε καλά Ετσι είναι αυτά αν δεν σας αρεσει να σηκωθείτε να φύγετε» και όλα αυτα με ύφος τσαμπουκά και επίθεσης από τους ψευτόμαγκες 2 άντρες της επιχείρησης ,στο σημείο να πιαστούμε στα χέρια …αφού στην αρχή ξεκίνησε όλο αυτό με ένα καρο ηλίθιες δικαιολογίες από την ιδιοκτητρια που δεν θα έλεγε ούτε ένα 5χρονο παιδάκι !!! Ολα αυτα την δεύτερη μέρα διαμονής με τρελή ζεστη έξω και τρόφιμα να έχουν αλλοιωθεί στο ψυγείο … φυσικά μετά από έναν επικό τσακωμό μαζί τους σηκωθήκαμε και φύγαμε (και μείναμε σε ένα ξενοδοχειο αξιοπρεπέστατο φθηνότερο και με όλες τις παροχές που πρέπει να έχει ένα κατάλυμα κυρίως καθαρό !!! Και όχι παρατημένο στην τύχη του) με πολυ ευγενικό προσωπικό εξηγώντας την περιπέτεια μας με αυτούς τους ανθρώπους που δυστυχώς μπλέξαμε στην αρχή των διακοπών μας … γενικα αποφύγετε αυτο το μέρος τις Νιριιηδες γιατι θα έχετε να κάνετε με κουτοπονηρους αγενεστατους και άξεστους στην ουσία ανθρώπους … και ο χαρακτηρισμός ανθρωποι τους είναι μάλλον και υπερβολή …καλο καλοκαίρι σε όλους σας και προσοχή σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις !!!τα λεφτά βγαίνουν δύσκολα και υπάρχουν δυστυχώς πολλοι επιτήδειοι γύρω μας που πουλάνε φύκια για...
