Phoenix Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

We had a short 4-days-hoiday at the Phönix-Stiudios. Everything is new and renovated so you can expect a very modern and stylish appartement. Everything is clean and in best condition. Huge beds. Flatscreen-TV. Every room has a balcony. A nice terrace with lounge-sofas and a bbq-grill.Around 150m to the beach what might be the only disadvantage if you are looking for a pure beach holiday. But: no matter, there are several shops and nice restaurants, bars, tavernas and many things to look on the way.||There are many many lonely beaches in the surrounding so you´ll find your place Nr.1 to stay during the days. At night you can visit one of the legendary beachbars nearby. Take a look on the advertisements at the walls beside the rocks on your way on sithonia to sarti!||The family who is running the guesthouse is very very nice and helps you wherever they can or they will be asked for.||||All in all: a very nice place to stay and probably one of the best places to stay in Sarti! Why? I checked many internet-offers and their pictures before and saw some of them in real later.... For that small money they charge at Phönix Studios it might be the best...

Nothing excelling for this studio, but it has everything needed - small balcony, built-in kitchen, AC, TV, etc. The studios also have a very good WiFi, which is rare around here. The location is very good, it is very close to the center of the village, but is on a quiet street. There are excellent restaurants a couple of minutes away. Tanya is a very warm and welcoming host. Also worth mentioning is that she keeps all covid precautions. In that regard, you should explicitly request cleaning of your room, as per the local guidance.

One thing that bothered us during our stay - the hosts live in the same building and they tend to be very noisy at times. The quiet hours are kept, but this is what makes the score less than 5.

August 2017, apartment 3, first floor||||I really had a spot of good luck to be able to snatch this apartment on such short notice. The place is hidden away from daily hustle and bustle and yet very close to the beach, old town center and shops. Our apartment was comfy and clean, the kitchenette was brand new, AC worked well and the owners were very nice and relaxed people. ||||The only drawback is that a local church rings the bells at 7 AM, but I found that to be very handy. It told it was time to slowly get up, get a cup of coffee and mosey over to the beach... :-) Being so close to it, there was always an option to hop back to the apartment for a nap during the midday heat wave. ;-)||||Very good...
