Wonderful Stay, but Parking Transparency Needs Improvement**

I had the pleasure of staying at this property with my father for a business trip, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The building is new, with a stylish design, and the rooms are modern and clean. I stayed for two nights, and each of the rooms had a small kitchen, which I didn’t use, but it’s a clever addition if you want to prepare something quick. The shower was particularly amazing, and the comfort made the stay truly worth the price.

However, the parking situation was the only downside. While the booking mentioned parking availability, I was directed to a private parking opposite the premises, which charged €30 per night. I’m not saying the price was too high, as parking is generally expensive in the area, but I believe transparency is important. Customers should be informed upfront about parking arrangements to avoid any confusion or misleading expectations.

On a positive note, Stratos was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist, and the ladies at the bakery were equally professional, always greeting guests with a smile.

The location is unbeatable, especially for younger travelers, as it’s full of students and lively energy. The rooms were extremely comfortable, even for a family trip. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay and would highly recommend this place.

My only suggestion for the owners is to address the parking issue to ensure clarity for future guests. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I stayed for the first time yesterday in these apartments .and all I have to say is that I highly recommend it. The elegant, modern and very comfortable rooms... the very good location... the very friendly and helpful staff.... and of course Apostolis and Stratos helped me with everything I needed during my stay (with advice and tips about the city). to mention that I have visited several hotels and apartments (and mainly 5 stars) in Thessaloniki... but for the first time I found quality and efficiency at very affordable prices. Καταρχήν η τοποθεσία είναι κεντρική αλλά το πρόβλημα του parking είναι τεράστιο. Αν είστε με αυτοκίνητο υπολογίστε +25€ την ημέρα για parking σε απόσταση 500 μέτρων (υπάρχει ένα απέναντι αλλά κλείνει στις 17:00, οπότε δεν μπορείς να πάρεις το αυτοκίνητο σου μετά). Δωμάτιο είχαμε δίχωρο. Το μπάνιο δεν έχει εξαερισμό με αποτέλεσμα με την υγρασία να υπάρχει μια μυρωδιά μούχλας. Επίσης η ίδια μυρωδιά υπήρχε ανοίγοντας το ντουλάπι κουζίνα. Θέρμανση μόνο με air condition. Το WC δεν έχει θέρμανση. Δεν υπάρχει καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Χαρτί υγείας δεν υπήρχε εκτός απτό μισό που βρήκαμε. Τέλος θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να μην υπάρχει ένας καφές στιγμιαίος στικ ή κάψουλα στο δωμάτιο αλλά να χρειάζεται πρωί πρωί να ντυθείς για να κατέβεις να αγοράσεις καφέ. Η σύγκριση για να το επιλέξει κανείς τελικά θα πρέπει να γίνεται με κάποιο δωμάτιο ξενοδοχείου τιμής 200€ (που προσφέρει parking και πρωινό). Δεν θα το...
