Hands down, one of the best places I've ever been. This small place is run by a local family. They know the people around and can help you with every question. Furthermore this place is kept clean like nowhere else! Furthermore the food you can order is on an other level. You know that taste of love in food only Grandmothers and Mothers can produce? That is what you will feel here - LOVE.

The service and helpfulness you will encouter is flawless, these guys try to help you on every question.

However here is why I did give 5 Stars:

En Plo Boutique is perfectly reachable from the airport. You can go there by bus, taxi or with a rented car without any issues.

It is super clean! Your room will be cleaned up every day like a new customer will come in. I'm not talking about tidy beds and some vacuum cleaning. It is shiny and smells wonderful! Plus point here because the towels which are not on the floor wont' be replace - nature will thank you.

Your Room is a maisonette! You have a nice living room and a bathroom on ground level, your bedroom is upstairs with a huge terrace.

The pool is perfect for chilling and some swimming.

The Café of En Plo Boutique is superb! You can order drinks right to the pool. Here is one thing I want to point out: The food is on another level compared to normal restaurants. The reason is that the family themselves are cooking. Which means there is alot of passion and love for the produced food which again brings out the family atmosphere. That said it was simply delicious!

The service and helpfulness is flawless! These guys know when people need help or just want to be left alone. They do not push you to buy anything or do some tourism stuff. They just want to do their job perfectly. If we had any questions they did everything in their power to help us without hesitation.

The place itself is perfectly balanced. There are no parties or unnecessary loud music. The only music you will hear is at the pool which is more like a background music in a café (no BOOM BOOM more like Lofi). The Apartments have enough space between them and still your way to the pool and café is short - which is good.

I can compare to alot of Hotels, Suites and Apartments since I did travel around the world. There are alot of Hotels with 4 Stars+ which could learn alot from En Plo Boutique!

Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione sufficiente ma (dal mio canto) inadatta a noi italiani, pulizia delle camere buona. Shampoo e carta igienica non rimpiazzati a ogni pulizia: li ho dovuti richiedere. Bella la piscina, ma completa inosservanza delle regole: chiaramente indicati il divieto di tuffarsi, tuffarsi "a bomba", mangiare o bere. Invece repentini tuffi, tuffi "a bomba" (schizzi inclusi), cibo e bevande; essendo il titolare avrei fatto rispettare le regole, almeno per rispetto di chi come noi ha osservato le regole ben indicate nel cartello affisso nei pressi della piscina. Difetti trascurabili comunque con una piccola dose di pazienza e buon senso (signori si nasce, non si diventa). Ma il vero motivo per cui non ci tornerò MAI PIU' è per il meschino tentativo di addebitarmi l' importo prima dell' arrivo in struttura, avendo scelto , in sede di prenotazione e con largo anticipo, la formula "Prenota ora e paga in struttura". Come da comunicazioni rilasciate dalla società emittente la mia carta di credito, l' hotel ha provato a addebitarmi, senza averne nessun diritto, 949,00 euro il 1° Luglio (roba da matti, 8 giorni prima dell' arrivo, non ero nemmeno ancora in ferie, pensate un pò, e il pre-addebito per la verifica della carta fu effettuato il 20 maggio, dando esito positivo dell' effettiva capienza della carta, quindi zero scuse), e la società emittente la carta ha giustamente e fortunatamente rifiutato. Già questo la dice lunga. Dopodichè l' 8 Luglio (mi trovavo ancora a casa, sono partito il giorno seguente), l' hotel ha ritentato l' addebito (questa volta, mio malgrado [capirete in seguito il perchè del "malgrado"] andato a buon fine) di euro 500,00 , e avendo scelto la modalità sopraelencata, peraltro offerta dalla struttura stessa (ma ci sono o ci fanno?) avrei dovuto pagare l' intera somma in struttura, che ho raggiunto il 9 luglio, nonostante magicamente "qualcuno" ha indicato (furbacchione), sul portale del mio travel-agency, il check-in l' 8 luglio (ho tutte le prove che testimoniano il check-in al 9 luglio e il check-out il 15 luglio, sono pronto a fornirvele senza problema alcuno). Addirittura avrei potuto pagare al check-out, ossia il 15 Luglio, invece mi sono trovato quasi obbligato a pagare all' arrivo, ossia il 9 Luglio. D' altronde, la scelta di pagare in struttura è racchiusa nel range temporale delle date di soggiorno. Ma ho voluto pagare appena arrivato (non mi è stato dato nemmeno il tempo di entrare in camera) giusto per vedere come si sarebbe comportato l' addetto alla reception. Ovviamente, calcolatrice alla mano, non ha sgarrato un centesimo. Ma ti pare?||||La formula da me scelta prevedeva una maggiorazione di euro 248,00 appunto per pagare in loco, mentre pagando in anticipo avrei speso 248,00 euro in meno. Ha voluto la botte piena e la moglie ubriaca. Segnalato al mio agente di viaggio (che, dopo varie telefonate chiedendo al titolare della struttura di redarguirsi e allinearsi alla formula selezionata, rispondendo che non avrebbe praticato nessuno sconto e che le cose stavano come diceva lui [qui proprio stiamo impazzendo, oltre il danno la beffa] mi ha indennizzato con coupon pari all' importo ingiustamente sottrattomi e oltretutto mi ha assistito in modo ineccepibile nella questione, e per questo ringrazio pubblicamente). ||||Una vera bassezza: inenarrabili le scuse trovate: peccato che io non sia fesso. Prenotate (nel caso, se proprio doveste, ma ve lo sconsiglio) pagando in anticipo, tanto che senso ha scegliere di pagare in struttura per motivi personali che non ho remore a dirvi (tempistiche di addebito del saldo della carta di credito) se poi cerca di avere i soldi prima? Mi ha messo un po' in ponte, in quanto avevo preventivato l' addebito al saldo di Agosto: invece, a causa del suo giochetto, mi sono stati scalati a luglio. E ora mi trovo con 500,00 euro in meno nel conto corrente a causa sua, incassandosi comunque la bellezza di euro 1449,00 (1241,00 euro se avessi pagato in anticipo, + 248,00 euro scegliendo la formula da me selezionata). Ma si, ma chissenefrega, tanto adesso in difficoltà mi trovo io, mica lui. ||||Spero di non avervi annoiato, il mio obiettivo è quello di mettervi in guardia da chi mette a disposizione delle formule di prenotazione e poi fa di testa sua. Peccato che sto pagando io, e come tale pretendo che venga rispettata la modalità di prenotazione. ||||Ovviamente, ho dovuto fare buon viso a cattivo gioco, altrimenti mi sarei rovinato la vacanza. E poi siamo noi italiani i furbi. ||||OCCHIO!!...

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this special hotel! Sergios and his family made our stay comfortable, memorable and made us feel like family. As a family of 4 we were pleasantly surprised to have 2 separate rooms, with 3 beds in total with a TV in each room, and a nice sized washroom. This cozy hotel has 8 beautiful suite-like rooms and is located right across from both a bus stop and the ocean/small beach. The included breakfast at this hotel is no joke! Fresh made daily and never ending - come ready to eat a variety of Greek breakfast staples that changes slightly every day! The pool, hotel and all amenities are kept immaculately clean and everyone is kind and helpful. The room came with 4 cloth bathrobes and 4 pairs of slippers to wear around the resort! Sergio helped us book a rental car and a catamaran cruise which made everything super convenient. The hotel restaurant served amazing food, fresh and prepared by Sergio’s mom every day! We felt very prioritized and cared for at this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Santorini.
