The only 30 min experience I had in this hotel was a nightmare. I arrived at 12 am with my 8 year old daughter so tired from traveling and ready to rest . The hotel person said we couldn’t stay there because of my daughter’s age and that is their policy . I booked with Priceline and I have done it during approximately 5 years and I have never ever had this problem. This policy was obviously not stated in the hotel info or when I got my reservation confirmation ( I even have saved in my info that I travel with my 8 year old plus I was in 2 different countries before getting to elements of caldera ) I still have the screenshots of everything since I tried to get a partial or complete refund or even for them to change the dates of a stay for a future visit without my daughter , their answer was NO to any of the options I deserved as a costumer that was treated ugly and inhumane . Showing the guy at the front desk all the info I had where nothing like that was stated and telling him to help me with a solution at 12:30 am with a 8 year old in a new country in the dark was not enough. He didn’t care . I had to tell him I wasn’t moving from there until he could help me talk to the manager who supposedly said it’s their policy again . I found a hotel next to them expensive as the elements of caldera which I had to pay from my pocket ( from that less money for my trip that I had worked so hard to know my dream destination Santorini ) and the sir from where I found an available Room just for that night was so ashamed that elements of caldera didn’t show empathy with me or my child and that my first experience in Santorini was not as dreamed. He was so nice gave us comfort and went above and beyond to help us set for the night at that time it was already 1:30 am :( he was an angel compare to this other guy from elements of caldera . The saddest part is not that I didn’t get my money back the sad part is that this hotel needs to train better their workers and care about costumers and see us as humans not just as money . God know all I wanted was to enjoy my dream destination which didn’t happen exactly as planned since I had to pay two more hotels from my pocket and be on the phone for hours with the booking company trying to solve this situation.

Our two families had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for three nights in August 2024, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and kindness of the staff were evident—they truly offered the best service we've ever encountered. The attention to detail and commitment to luxury were evident in every aspect of our stay. All the robes, towels, and bed linens were of the high quality and beautifully embroidered with the hotel's logo. The rooms were impeccably clean, equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The double shower in the bathroom was a highlight, with fantastic water pressure. The common pool was lovely and well-maintained with comfortable sunbeds and high-quality beach towels readily available. We had private bathtubs which we didn’t use because of their water temperature. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we had the option to enjoy it in the beautiful shaded terrace of the restaurant or have it delivered to our room. Every item we tried was fresh, made with high-quality ingredients, and truly delicious. A couple of notes: the view from the first level, the bathtubs, or the pool overlooks a valley, you won't see the water or sea unless you stand up. Also, the hot tub's water temperature couldn't be adjusted, and it was more lukewarm than hot. Elements of Caldera Suits is a gem, offering a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. We highly recommend it and would love to return in the future!

10000000000/10 My husband and I’s first time in Greece and wow. The service was so so so good. I am so shocked at how kind everyone on the island and the hotel was. This area was very quiet and somewhat remote but I honestly preferred it this way- Its located in Akrotiri which is more south west of the average Santorini looking buildings (in Oia). We were about 15-20 mins from most places we wanted to go driving. I wouldnt suggest walking since there arent too many sidewalks. ATV and motorbike rentals are also an option but a lot of cab drivers emphasized how a lot of tourists have passed away in crashes every year. Do keep in mind that they have uber and 24/7 taxis but theres a flat rate of $36-40 avg This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Receptionists Vanessa and Anastacios were also extremely helpful with recommendations of things to do and getting settled. The views are even better in person. There are 3 cute kittens on the premise. Try the Mojitos if you go to their bar. Breakfast is included in the stay and they have amazing options from scrambled/fried/omelette eggs, to sausages, tomatoes, cereal, greek yogurt, all kinds of teas and coffees. I really enjoyed staying here. God bless all the staff there.

When we arrived the staff were pleasant and the views were amazing, everything about the holiday was amazing the hotel lacked in menu and drinks a pool bar is needed and maybe better holiday atmosphere. It was very clean and tidy. On the 3rd day we used the hot tub and as advised rinsed in the shower before entering, On the 5th day a staff member advised that the hot tub had broken as the one time we went in we had oil on us and that they would try to fix this however we maybe charged which we were a bit shocked about, we had our lunch in the restaurant on the 6th day and had not been in the hot tub since the 3rd day as instructed. Whilst in the restaurant on the 6th day a staff member advised the hot tub was fine and there would be no charge and if we wanted to we could use it again, we opted to stay by the pool and then for dinner in the village. When we were leaving and settling the hotel bill they charged us €150 for the hot tub and as the staff member said we had gone back in it which we had not and that we had broke it again, we asked if they had cameras so that we could prove we had not but unfortunately they had not, it wasn’t the fact of the money it was because we were told we were lying and had gone in the hot tub that was very upsetting and put us in a negative frame of mind to leave such a...
