Hermoso Luxury Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

Amazing! Where to start! The facilities are new and everything is super well decorated. You can have a good time in the pool and in the bar ... the music, the food and the view are very nice. The room and bed are very comfortable, I am very picky about noise and I had no problem with aircraft noise, when you close the balcony you do not hear any noise. Breakfast is complete, different options for all tastes, fruits, eggs, cereals, ham, cheese (even feta), juice, coffee .. (even milk for lactose intolerances or vegans), should try the fig jam .. exquisite .. Tazos and John are the best !!! they make you feel at home .. (they make a difference) they give you all the tips and recommendations of the island .. it was my birthday and they even surprised me with a chocolate volcano with candle included !!! They help us with reservations and reservations for the boat, restaurants, wine tasting, etc. Everything was perfect. the hotel is well located if you rent a car (they offer the services), opposite the airport, 5 minutes from Kamari (love it: nice beach, restaurants and little shops) and 12 minutes (maximum) from Thira, a few more minutes to Oia ... It is also very close to Pyrgos (a must see ... amazing little shops and restaurants) and Perissa ... I highly recommend it ... and last but not least Maria, she is a sweetheart, always with a smile ... perfectly coming out of our room every day. Thank you all for everything .. We stayed at the Hermoso Luxury Suites in Santorini in early April 2025. From the moment we arrived, the manager/host was very welcoming, polite and kind. Zack greeted our group of four ladies (girls trip!) with a warm smile and directed us to our room while giving us all of the necessary details.

The property is conveniently located right next to the airport, which makes for an easy jaunt to and from your flight. Given this and to be expected, you will hear the airplane noise and it can be loud. Keep this in mind when booking.

We all stayed together in one room and the accommodations were clean, simple and nice. The lodging price is very reasonable. We had everything we needed during our stay and enjoyed the morning breakfast each day by the pool. We rented a car for our visit and think that is the way to go! Otherwise it would be difficult to see all the sites around the island and get to and from the accommodations.

Our departing flight was delayed due to a 24-hour strike, which we determined after arriving at the airport in the early morning. We reached out to Zack who was quick to respond and offer assistance. Because of this situation, we ended up staying an additional two evenings in our room. I’m sure this wouldn’t usually be possible given booking availability, but we lucked out.

Arriving at midnight at Santorini Airport can be a bit stressful, but we picked the Hermoso Luxury Suites, which is just a 6-minute drive away. Checking in was super easy since they’re open 24/7.

The place was beautiful, roomy, well-kept, and felt secure. The bed was comfy, so we got a great night’s sleep. They even offered a simple breakfast. In the morning, we enjoyed strolling through the lovely garden and relaxing by the awesome pool with views of the nearby beaches. Plus, it made getting around the island really easy since everything’s car-accessible.

Sadly, we only stayed for one night because we had another hotel booked by the beach. Zack, the host, was really friendly and helpful.

The hotel can sort out transportation to and from the airport, just let the staff know in advance since it’s cheaper than getting a taxi at the airport.
