The venue at present does not have a website and certain photos have been heavily edited to remove the Shell Petrol station located on the busy and noisy main road.
Pick this venue up, move away from a main road and I would recommend it highly.
However, a few points, check in was smooth, but the tour of our room was literally 20 seconds, the receptionist showed us to our room, turned on the TV, pointed to the terrace, explained how order breakfast worked and that was it, no mention of the wifi code, no mention of the hidden kitchen facilities, no mention of the airport shuttle, and when we visit reception there is nobody in the the office, they are always in a room to the side usually texting on their phones.
The fridge was full of beverages provided by the venue at, of course, and inflated cost, but leaving us no room in the tiny fridge to put our own food and drinks.
The breakfast is pretty good and is delivered to your room, however, the lady delivering the breakfast never smiles, I feel as though we are disturbing her from her daily routine of texting on the phone as has been the case on several visits to reception.
The rules are, no pets allowed, but the staff seem to have a small dog that happily yaps away.
There are only 6 suites, very nice, the pool area is gorgeous, but today my partner and I were sunning around the pool and 2 locals rocked up, and parked themselves on the sofa, drinking coffee, water, and they were even given towels by the venue. Forgive me, but I thought I was paying for the privilege of privacy, I dont appreciate my girlfriend feeling uncomfortable as she is being stared at.
Call me picky, but as a traveller from the UK, we need plug adaptors. the double sockets are so close together you cant charge 2 items at the same time in the same wall socket.
Our first day we have robes, very nice, day 2 they vanished and now on day 4 I had to request these back.
We Currently have 1 pool towel, 1 bathroom towel whilst at the pool.
The Wifi is painfully slow
The room is very nice, spacious and the bed is lovely, im not sure how often the water in our spa is changed between guests.
The venue is located opposite a Shell station, and immediately to the left of us is a new development, we were not informed of this. To the right is local house with 3 dogs that continuously bark...as a dog lover I find this annoying.
It is probably fair to say that this venue has potential, it really isn't luxury, it's location is dreadful, and the venue should be transparent and inform possible guests that it is located on a noisy road, with a view of a shell station and directions to find the venue is almost non-existent, even the Taxi drivers cant find it.
Out of 10 based on what it cost for a week, a Strong 6...

We booked the Executive Pool Suite, which turned out to be perfect for a couple. The room was beautifully decorated in a simple and elegant style, with a spacious bathroom, a private terrace, and our very own pool facing the morning/day sun. The terrace was well-equipped with a sunbed, a sofa, and even an outdoor shower. From the terrace, it was also easy to access the large shared pool, where we enjoyed the last rays of sun in the afternoon before heading out for sunset dinner. The terrace felt private and relaxing – you could hear some traffic during the day, but it was never disturbing.
When booking, I was a little skeptical about whether the rooms and facilities would look as good as the photos online – but they truly did! The suite, terrace, and pool were exactly as shown, and the whole hotel provided a genuine five-star experience. Everything was spotless, with daily cleaning and pool maintenance. The in-room/terrace breakfast served every morning was a true highlight – a perfect start to each day.
A special mention must go to the staff at June Twenty Suites, who made our stay unforgettable. The service was simply outstanding – their “luxury hospitality” slogan really reflects the experience. Olga, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs, and excursions, and also arranged an amazing catamaran sailing trip where we swam, snorkeled, and enjoyed a magical sunset.
On top of that, Olga organized an ATV rental for us at a very fair price. The quad was conveniently delivered directly to the hotel and later picked up from the same spot at the agreed time – making the whole process effortless. This made exploring the island so easy and stress-free. Once again, it was a fantastic example of the hotel’s top-notch customer service, and especially of Olga’s dedication. She was always just a quick WhatsApp message away whenever we needed anything, which gave us great peace of mind during our stay.
This place is a true gem in Santorini – definitely worthy of five stars. If you’re wondering whether this is the right choice for your stay on the island, the answer is simple: yes,...
