The food was very good and well priced. Our experience was hurtful and disappointing because of the older lady working the cashier on May 9, 2023 around 1am. We are a multicultural couple who try our best to adapt to the customs and cultures of the places we visit and be as respectful as we can be. We came into your bakery and while waiting for the lady to collect our baked goods we went to the dessert fridges and pulled out two small desserts to try to be helpful and bring them to the front. The lady started yelling at us to stop and seemed angry. After we paid and left she said "fu--ing tourists" using the full swear word. Where we come from and have traveled to its common to take items out the fridge unless it's locked or there is a sign saying to please see the front for help. We are always willing adapt to cultural differences or the rules of your establishment but please be kind or place a sign in English if needed. We also come from a city that relies on tourism and while tourists can be blatantly disrespectful and harmful, we were neither of those things to deserve the way we were spoken to.
