Grill Point — Local services in Municipality of Thira

While the gyro was acceptable, the attitude and dishonesty of the people running this restaurant will discourage me and other customers from ever going back. There is no menu and there are no advertised prices anywhere. The people at the counter will charge you anything they want if you do not ask about the price of an item in advance. I blame myself for falling into this trap which, unfortunately, is not an uncommon tourist trap in Santorini and tarnishes the reputation of the island. If you do end up in a place such as this one, make sure to ask about the price of everything that you order before ordering it or simply walk out and go to a place that clearly...

Worst service, dirty gyros! In fira a lot of gyros shops. Go other shops. If you visit here, they will derision to you without reason. Who server’s attitude is such a bad, too rude!! Not good way to look at you. You don’t need to deserve to your vacation like this way. Just go another shops.

And most worst reason is I found a small piece of hair inside a gyros. I don’t want to make a noise so I try to take it out and eat it, but it is not worth it. Just go...

This place was great. Friendly staff, good food, good prices. We had a particularly great experience where the staff went above and beyond. We missed our local bus to the ferry, and no taxis were available. They tried to help by finding a taxis or bus service to get us to the port so we didn't miss our ferry. When nothing was available, one staff member left in the middle of his shift to personally drive us there to get us to the ferry on time. Amazing...
