Leon Lux Apartments Santorini — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

The worst experience I've ever had with Airbnb. Me and my flatmate rent two separate rooms on the apps (as we are obviously not sleeping together).I n the app it was clearly written we paid for 2 bedrooms and two separate beds. But what was our surprise when the reception guys lead us to a room with only one bed ??

After half an hour on the phone trying to fix the issue with the rbnb owner, they start to get really aggressive because I told them that this will be reported to rbnb as it was not the service we paid for.At the end we just took our stuff and move to another one.

Also we paid for the tourist tax which was not given back when we left

IMPORTANT : note that reception is on a duty of a family which really comprehensive and doing such a great work.

They are just given really stupid instructions from the Airbnb owner which is just screaming at them on the phone rather than trying to find an decent solution that could all concur on.

Έχω ξαναέρθει σε αυτό το πανέμορφο νησί. Και επισκέπτομαι συνέχεια το κατάλυμα Leon Lux Αpartment. Πόσο όμορφος χώρος είναι γενικά όλο το προσοπικο. Αυτό που συνάντησα με λόγια του κυρίου που ήρθε και μίλαγε με τον οικοδεσπότη Leon Lux apartment ήτανε προσβλητικός και απαράδεκτος με το όνομα Βαγγέλης έλεγε ότι στην κράτηση είχανε μιλήσει για πιο λίγα λεφτά ενώ ο οικοδεσπότης του είπε ότι έχει κάνει κάποιο λάθος και ο Βαγγέλης είπε θα πάω να μιλήσω με την Angelina Gega τη γυναίκα μου και θα σου πω και ήρθε ενώ του είχε πει στο κατάλυμα ο κύριος Leon ότι δεν θα τον δέκτη και θα φέρει την τουριστική αστυνομία και εκείνος έτρεμε και στεναχωριότανε που θα βάλει τα πέντε άτομα. Αναφέρομαι και στην Katerina S η οποία έχει γράψει σχόλια τα οποία δεν υφίσταται για το κατάλυμα και η Google πολύ απλά τα ανεβάζει αλλά πρόβλημα έχουνε οι επισκέπτες είχαν αφίσει τούφες μαλλιά από 3 γυναίκες και 2 άνδρες. Και το πιο σπουδαίο αγαπάμε τα κατοικίδια αλλά δε δεχόμαστε και φέρανε και ένα σκυλάκι το οποίο απαγορεύεται να το βάλουν μέσα .Επιπλέον το κοριτσάκι κατούραγε μέσα στην πισίνα .Επίσης ο καθαρισμός ο καθημερινός ήταν αφόρητος για το προσωπικό και συνέχεια είχανε κατουρημένα σεντόνια ,πετσέτες ,μαξιλαροθήκες και στρώματα και στους εξωτερικούς χώρους που καθόντουσαν βάζαν αντηλιακά και ξεβαφόντουσαν στις πετσέτες και σεντόνια του ξενοδοχείου όσο για τα κουνούπια δεν υπάρχουν στο νησί και το check in σας στην ώρα του ήτανε .Τέλος βριζόσασταν και τσιρίζατε και ενοχλούσατεόλο το ξενοδοχείο .Τα υπόλοιπα θα τα βρείτε στο δικαστήριο με νομικές συνοπτικές...

Una muy buena opción , un alojamiento perfecto brillantemente limpio , muy comodo con muy buenas possibilidades de relajarse .Es tambien possible continuar su nutrición preferida , ofreciendo nos la opción muy util ,de cocinar adentro o afuera en una parilla hermosa la comida elejida. Se ubica en un lugar hermoso , cerca del mar que es accesible por automovil en tres minutos .Tiene una piscina hermosa , y un aparcamiento amplio para automóviles. Los dueños son fantasticos con un servicio siempre completo. Muy amables. Seguramente volverémos....
