Loukas & Emma Eco Houses — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

At first, it has to be mentioned, that Emma is incredibly friendly and helpful, an was available all the time. She will arrange everything with a smile for you, no matter if you ask for transport, car/moto rental, or trips/adventures. Before we arrived, she offered to arrange a free transport to the apartment. From the airport it's approx. 30 mins. by car. As a group of four, we had a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. A living room with TV, a very large kitchen with all kinds of equipment, a bathroom (with washing machine), two bedrooms (matresses a bit worn out) and a big patio, with a heated whirlpool for 4-5 pax. The apartment is fully airconditioned. A simple, but good Breakfast is served at the "Loquita Bar" down at the beach (2 mins by car). You can even use the sunbeds free of charge at the beach. The apartment was cleaned every day upon request, towels got changed every day as well. We were happy not to have chosen our accomodation in Fira or Oia, because Perissa is very quiet and non-crowded, the eco-houses are located on...

We had the most amazing stay at Loukas & Emma Eco House in Santorini for my bachelorette party, organized by my wonderful friends. Everything was absolutely perfect – from the beautiful accommodation to the seamless organization.

The house is clean, stylish, and cozy, with a calm and authentic vibe that makes you feel right at home.

A special thank you to Nicole, the property manager, who went above and beyond to help us with everything – from restaurant reservations and transportation to great local recommendations. She made everything so easy and stress-free for us.

I highly recommend this place for any special occasion, a girls’ trip, or just a peaceful getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It was a homey spot, walkable to black sand beaches and great restaurants / fresh sea foods. The room was very comfortable and private. Nicole was a fantastic host assisting us in all aspects of our vacations. She coordinated our restaurant reservations, booked our tours, and rental cars (at a great price)! We came during the off-season, and many places were closed, but Nicole and her team went out of their way to make sure we got stuff planned and things to do.

The black sand beach was about 5 minute walk. Excellent place to watch the sunrise The resort has a friendly and awesome cat! Ancient Thera is about a 1-1.5 hr hike from the hotel. Bring good hiking shoes.
