A really great addition to Perissa restaurants. Only opened this season. It’s great to find an eatery that offers alternatives to the normal Greek eating options. The place is spotless and it’s really good to watch the chef in action working at the charcoal grill. All food is cooked fresh to order. The menu is small although it gives you plenty of choice. Food was well cooked and very tasty. The prices are extremely good value for money. The jewel in the crown is the delightful Sabrina - she is such a lovely lady, warm, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We will be returning to try the Belly Pork. We have been travelling the Greek Islands for 2 weeks now & on the Island of Santorini, in the quaint Sea side village of Perissa we discovered this little Gem “Wishbone Char Grill”. You will find it located one street off the beachfront & if you don’t go looking for it you are Missing out!! Vegans do not be afraid to descend on this restaurant! I had the best falafel plate that I can remember! I also ordered some roast chicken to go for my last night on Santorini. The server was very friendly and helpful. The food was beautiful and delicious. I don't ever leave reviews for restaurants. But this one deserved a shout out.
