Mati Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

Absolutely pathetic!!! On the day of check-in, the person asks us to come near the property location ( not even at property) and behaved in the worst possible way! There were 2 females as well with us!

The person then tells us that the booking is cancelled! He probably gave it to someone else for a higher cost!

Such unprofessional behaviour and our entire experience of Santorini went for a toss!

Do not book your stay...

Better then it looks in the photos, lovely outdoor areas to utilise. Incredible staff who were so helpful. Property is a walk away from the town but lovely restaurants and shops along the way and nice to be away from all the noise and buzz. Close to the airport. Fully functioning kitchen and great beds. Lots of space....

Cito i difetti: la casa è molto umida; la porta del bagno non si può chiudere a chiave e rimane la fessura da cui si vede all'interno, e inoltre nel farsi la doccia si allaga il bagno; avrete anche difficoltà nel cucinare, essendoci una pentola e un padellino, piatti e posate contati e in generale la casa è poco accessoriata ed è scocciante dover chiedere sempre al proprietario, che quantomeno è spesso a disposizione; infine le camere sono prive di finestre, ma questo credo sia tipico delle cave houses greche.
