Disappointing Experience – The Room Did Not Meet Our Expectations||We had booked a double room with a balcony at Olympia Zervea Apartments for a few days at the end of July. The reservation was made over the phone, directly with the owner, to whom we transferred a deposit of €95 — the cost of one night.||Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations. The photos on the website appear to be taken by a professional and do not reflect the actual condition of the accommodation. They fail to show the less favorable aspects of the space.||Upon arrival, a polite and helpful lady from the bar showed us to our room. However, our first impression was not a positive one, especially considering the price. The fridge was completely empty (not even a bottle of water), and the towels were not neatly arranged on the bed — they were simply hanging in the bathroom.||As we inspected the room more closely, we noticed that it had not been properly cleaned — something clearly visible in the photos we took. We immediately contacted the owner, who at the time was managing the property remotely from Athens, and she assured us that she would send the cleaner right away. The cleaner did come, apologized, and explained that her daughter had cleaned the room instead of her.||However, even after this, the room still did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards. On top of that, the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable for sleeping.||There was also a misunderstanding regarding parking. I had asked the owner in advance whether there was parking available within the premises, and she had confirmed it. Instead, we had to park the car in a small olive grove across the property — which they consider their “parking area” — accessible only by a single concrete ramp. The alternative was to park on the narrow street in front of or across from the property, on a small cement strip beneath some trees.||In the end, we stayed only for the first night and left the following morning. Unfortunately, our overall impression was merely negative. The owner never contacted us to apologize, and on our last day she did not answer our calls — she only sent the deposit receipt...

Είχαμε κλείσει σχεδόν ένα μήνα νωρίτερα ένα δίκλινο δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι στο κατάλυμα για λίγες μέρες, τέλη του φετινού Ιουλίου. Η κράτηση έγινε τηλεφωνικά επικοινωνώντας με την ιδιοκτήτρια στην οποία καταθέσαμε προκαταβολή 95€ που αντιστοιχεί σε μια μόνο διανυκτέρευση. Οι φωτογραφίες του site προφανώς τραβηγμένες από επαγγελματία, δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με την πραγματικότητα! Κρύβουν καλά όλα τα αρνητικά-αδύναμα σημεία. Όταν μας οδήγησε η κυρία από το μπαρ (ευγενική & εξυπηρετική) στο δωμάτιο, η πρώτη μας εντύπωση δεν ήταν τόσο καλή, ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται στις προσδοκίες μας & ενός καταλύματος των 95€ η διανυκτέρευση! Στο ψυγειάκι ούτε 1 μπουκαλάκι νερό! Στο κρεβάτι δεν υπήρχαν καν διπλωμένες πετσέτες. Ήταν απλά κρεμασμένες στους κρίκους του μπάνιου. Αργότερα όταν αρχίσαμε να παρατηρούμε περισσότερο, διαπιστώσαμε ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο, (όπως φαίνεται κ στις φωτογραφίες μας). Καλέσαμε κατευθείαν την ιδιοκτήτρια, η οποία διαχειριζόταν το κατάλυμα εξ αποστάσεως (από Αθήνα) & μας είπε ότι θα στείλει αμέσως την καθαρίστρια να το καθαρίσει, όπως και έγινε. Η καθαρίστρια μας ζήτησε συγνώμη κ είπε ότι είχε καθαρίσει η κόρη της το δωμάτιο & όχι εκείνη. Δυστυχώς όμως ούτε αυτό έλυσε το όλο πρόβλημα, διότι το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο ήθελε ώρες καθαριότητας για να θεωρείται κατοικήσιμο. Επιπλέον το στρώμα ήταν σκληρό. Τέλος, υπήρξε λάθος συνεννόηση με το θέμα του πάρκινγκ. Ενώ είχα ρωτήσει την ιδιοκτήτρια αν υπήρχε χώρος εντός του καταλύματος, κ το είχε επιβεβαιώσει, τελικά αναγκάστηκα να αφήνω το αυτοκίνητο ακριβώς απέναντι από το κατάλυμα σ’ ένα χωράφι με ελιές (το οποίο θεωρείται το πάρκινγκ τους) με μια μόνο τσιμεντένια ράμπα εισόδου/εξόδου. Η άλλη επιλογή ήταν στο δρόμο μπροστά ή απέναντι από το κατάλυμα σε μια μικρή τσιμεντένια λωρίδα κάτω από δέντρα. Μείναμε τελικά μόνο εκείνο το βράδυ & το επόμενο πρωί τα μαζέψαμε & φύγαμε άρον άρον & φυσικά με τις χειρότερες εντυπώσεις! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά της ιδιοκτήτριας, η οποία δεν ζήτησε ούτε μια φορά συγγνώμη &την τελευταία μέρα δεν σήκωνε ούτε το τηλέφωνο, παρά μόνο έστειλε ηλεκτρονικά την απόδειξη της...
