We booked this accommodation through Jet2. On their website it is clearly advertised as newly built, modern accommodation with a private seating area outside, with a 1 hour transfer time and is called the 'Icons Experience'. ||||Our first sign of things not being as advertised came after what was a 2 1/2 hour transfer! So clearly not the 1 hour advertised.||||When we finally arrived, the sign on the outside of the property read 'Thomas Villas'. I stopped the transfer driver to check we had been taken to the right place. He confirmed that this was the right place.||||We arrived and a couple were clearly upset on the phone in the garden. Ourselves and another couple were then taken right past what appeared to be the Icons experience part of the property and taken to the back of the property to a building built in the 80's. We were both then shown to our apartments.||||It was apparent immediately that this was not what we booked and could not have been more different to what we had been led to believe we had booked.||||I then went outside to talk to the couple who were upset. They confirmed that like us they had been misled into booking what they thought was the modern accommodation advertised by Jet2, but was infact this old fashioned 80's apartment block, which the owners also lived in. The couple had spent multiple hours trying to get Jet2 to move them. We then had a conversation with the couple that arrived at the same time as us and they also confirmed that they had been misled into thinking they had booked the modern accommodation advertised by Jet2.||||A Jet2 rep then arrived and tried to fob us off with the fact that Jet2 had a problem with their website and were advertising the wrong rooms (clearly this had happened before), then he changed his tune to try blame us all for 'booking the wrong room' saying we had booked the standard room and the Icons experience were deluxe rooms. We both disagreed with the rep telling him that this was not the case as there were no room options to chose from. He was utterly useless. He then told us the best he could do was to fly us back to the UK! So we just arrive to be told we'd have to fly back to the UK! Utterly ridiculous response from a Jet2 so called rep!||||After spending 5 hours of my first day on holiday on the phone to yet more useless Jet2 customer service representatives their response was 'Well we can fix this for you, but you'll have to pay £150 per night more to be put in another hotel'. So Jet2 not only conned 3 couples in the same day out of thousands of pounds, but they wanted me to book another £1000 holiday with them while I was on this holiday. To make matters worse they said they could not even guarantee that I would get my money refunded for this holiday. ||I told them I would not be giving them another penny of my money and had no other choice but to stay put.||||This hotel is nothing like as advertised (please see attached pictures). If you are after a 2 star 80's accommodation, then this is for you. But if like us you paid £1,000 for a modern apartment block, you will be sorely disappointed.||||I have complained to Jet2, but no response. I certainly will not be booking another holiday with Jet2. They conned 3 couples in one day, imagine how many more have been affected by this and will continue to have this experience as Jet2 still have not changed the pictures on their website. ||||Another thing to note is that this is quite the walk from the beach, of which on the way back from the beach is all uphill. ||||To add insult to injury the whole week we were there we kept walking past the 'Icons Experience' accommodation block and most of the apartments were empty. So Jet2 could have easily moved us all into the apartments that we had actually booked, but simply chose not to.|||| ||The owners of the property were nice, but as they spoke hardly any English there was no way to communicate the situation to them. Although they did not act at all surprised when all us couples were discussing the situation and clearly knew we were not happy. ||||This certainly was not what we expected as our first holiday in 3 years. We were left sorely let down by Jet2, totally misled and conned into booking a holiday that was nothing like as advertised.||||Take home message: The photos advertised on the Jet2 website are not at all what the property is like and are nothing like what you will arrive to. Do not book a holiday with Jet2 and if you do, don't expect any help and certainly do not expect a response from Jet2, let...

We arrived with 2 other couples and were directed to an old 1980.s dark building with charity shop furniture. 4 of us refused to stay and we had to go find and pay for our own accommodation. Which cost £1000 - we were left wandering about the streets of Parga looking for accommodation.. Thankfully we had a credit card!!!! Jet 2 in Leeds and at resort not helpful at all. Sadly the other couple couldn’t afford to rebook and had a terrible time in this dingy accommodation. Never used jet2 before - contacted them via Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and email - 3 weeks on still no reply. The hotel we ended up in - we were advised that jet2 customers were not allowed to use the pool? There’s a few things that im not at all confident in Jet2 and will go to ABTA if necessary. Very poor. Don’t book this accommodation - there’s a chance you’ll end up in a horrible room - it will ruin your holiday. I would also say that if you have any concerns about your accommodation at your resort our experience proved that Jet2 were not there to help us. Read moreWe stayed here in a studio next to the lovely owners, Tomas and Glykaria (her name means sweetness, so appropriate!) . Although not in the newer part of the accommodation we loved it, still very modern with a gorgeous large patio. Very clean and new towels were provided almost every day. The apartment is spacious, bathroom great with a proper cubicle shower so no wet floor, as can happen in some places. The kitchen was well equipped, the only addition I would make is a toaster. It’s a 7 min walk to gorgeous Valtos beach, a longer walk to town, but if you stay in town it’s a longer walk to Valtos, so swings and roundabouts. Best of all was the incredible kindness and hospitality shown by Tomas and Glykaria… Tomas ever ready with the wine! They don’t speak a lot of English, but understand a lot, and it was a good chance for me to speak Greek every day and get some practice. Would definitely go back, highly...
