Extremely disappointing experience. A few days ago my husband, daughter and I spent the day here. I accidentally left my orange and pink maxi dress hanging on the umbrella—a dress with sentimental value as I’d bought it to match my 3-year-old daughter. When I realised and returned, the staff told me I had to wait until the beach staff were in the next day.

When I went back, both staff members were completely uninterested—glued to their phones, barely looking up, shrugging their shoulders and telling me it wasn’t there. No effort was made to help. Given the quality of the dress, I can only assume it has been taken, which makes me feel even worse.

On top of that, the sunbeds are €20 per set and very uncomfortable, and it took over an hour just to get served drinks. For the prices they charge, the service and attitude are shocking.

Avoid at all costs.

It was not the first time I visited the place I like going there cause of the great pool but today I found a sea ​​inflatable in the pool and I thought it was a good idea to use it with my girlfriend who she could not get in the water. After some time the waiter ask us to not use it cause it belongs to an other customer ( who was not there ) he was a bit rude but I said ok he just doing his job ( I am also a pool waiter so I get it) but after a while we were just sitting near the pool and he came and told me again why I should have not taken it for no reason I had left it and I was just sitting there he was very rude this time and we felt really bad so we just got up and left. I don't think I want to go back there and I do not recommend just because the waiter was so rude. Bay the way the name of the waiter is Orestis Nakas for...

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! RECOMMEND 1000000%! Went with my husband and another couple. Pool was clean and refreshing. Pizza was phenomenal (and I am not a fan of Greek pizza) it was a mix of Italian and Greek. Crust was so fluffy. We also had the club sandwich which was very good! From drinks we had a mix of cocktails from there iced frozen mango with rum and frozen strawberry with gin. Also had a few others from the menu that I don’t remember the name but they ranged from sweet to sour and were just amazing. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE is what stood out the most from the workers to the manager. Everyone answered all our questions, gave recommendations and never made us wait or be in need of something.
