Advantages: the hotel is brand new, so the rooms are modern, very comfortable and big beds, everyday cleaning. Perfect view from the room. The stuff is very polite and friendly (but they are not hotel professionals). The breakfast is served at your own terrace each morning, which is nice. The area is very green, you are actually in the olive grove on a hill. The beach of the hotel is the beach of another hotel called Cape North West, it

s a beach club and it is wonderful: cool green territory with a bar and a restaurant, sunbeds with beach towels and an umbrella in the first row is included into the cost of your stay at the hotel. Disadvantages: its not a 5-star hotel. I doubt it really has those stars, because there are too many inconsistencies with the standards of a 5-star hotel. The stuff is not professional, though they are very sweet and polite, and it is not their fault, they do the best they can - its the investor/owner, who hires untrained stuff to a hotel they call a 5-star one. Breakfasts are very poor (eggs, yoghurt, fresh juice, bread and small packs of nutella, honey or marmalade from the supermarket, coffee or tea) + there is no menu to choose from, they say to you in words, you listen and then you choose, it

s very inconvenient. The pool is useless as it is very small and shallow (the depth is up to your waist). It is good for photos, but absolutely useless for swimming or any kind of bathing. Pool cleaning is not professional and is made by the same two guys from the reception, who do everything else as well. No privacy at your terrace, because all rooms and entrances to them are accessible from the shared lane. Plus you have a glass wall to your room, and each time you are naked you may be seen by any guest passing by your room to his room. Cosmetics: one set for two guests daily is not enough, there should be two sets. There is neither an ironing service, nor an iron itself at the hotel. The road to the hotel: if you use navigator, it will lead you to the mountain and wild forest as it did with us. We could hardly get out of that forest road on a rented car, and that is only because of my husbands high driving skills. The owner or the Manager must IMMEDIATELY solve this issue and put the correct coordinates for this hotel, because the guests risk to damage their cars and themselves being led by the navigator to a wild mountain narrow road. Still, when we got out of the wrong road, the RIGHT road appeared to be not much better – we could hardly find the hotel by putting to the navigator the coordinates of the neighbouring hotel. The road itself is very narrow, the taxists dont want to go there and ask for an additional payment. There is no pricelist for the room minibar. Taking into account the mentioned above, the price for the stay is too high. It is only the view and the comfort of the bed, which is really worth staying there, but at least for...

The Isavoria is a very relaxing resort with spectacular views over the water towards Parga and the castle (lovely sunrise too) and provides excellent accommodation on two levels - I was on the upper level and stayed 3 nights in May 2024. The room was very well appointed, good wifi and a very comfortable bed. A great shower room - just make sure the hand shower is not pointing at you when it is turned on! I am not a fan of the small hotel bar fridge provided as you can't put a large water bottle in unless you take out all the shelving. There is an access walkway in front of all the rooms - there may be some privacy concerns but unless you have lights on it is difficult to see inside - the electric curtains are the alternative option. I found the walkway meant that there was a bit of a communal feel that allowed you to talk to other guests if you wanted to. On the lower level by the car park the views would not be as good. The rooms are in blocks of two - so generally quiet unless you have a loud neighbour. The deck is spacious with a small pool that is cleaned daily and is fine for cooling off on a hot day - it is not particularly deep. Most rooms only have a one person lounger (chivalry required!) with a table and two chairs. A good breakfast is provided to your room/deck - you mark down the night before what you want from the list made up of continental style menu items with choice of eggs. The Greek omelette was my particular favourite. Staff are polite, friendly and keep the place tidy. The local access is through some narrow lanes behind Valtos beach and then along a rock track by the beach up to the hotel above the local harbour - Google maps seems have to corrected any previous directions issue and the hotel provided some notes on local access prior to my stay. Parking is limited and you need to reverse in to the hotel off the track because it is on a tight bend - but the hotel staff seem to mange to get all guest cars parked. The Cape North West beach bar and restaurant is affiliated to the hotel so you can get free beach towels and lounger use on one of the more sandy beaches found on the trip. The food was pretty good too with a relaxed vibe (no DJ set during the stay). The walk into Parga old town is along the beach and up and down the hill by the castle that is pretty steep in places but cuts through bars, restaurants and small shops. There was a regular small ferry boat from the middle of Valtos beach to Parga town every 20-30 mins which a a lovely way to come into the old town - costs 6 euros one way. The is also a local monastery ruin with bell tower 5-10 mins walk from the hotel (continue up along the track from the hotel) that levels out and if you continue along the cliff top track you get a lovely sunset view with view out to distant islands. Overall, a very relaxing...

This was one of the worst experiences we had in Greece. That bad we went back to our previous hotel and begged they fit us back in.

The service was abrupt, I’ll put it down to a language barrier. location wasn’t great and I think access should be managed better and explained more prior to booking. We’re fit and healthy people but a lot would struggle, especially if you want to walk into Parga.

The beach and location just wasn’t for us, we made the mistake of booking peak season, not a reflection on the hotel. However it would be expected that there were sun lounges available.

Breakfast has to be ordered the night before, it’s basic and American/english. You have to pick a slot and it’s delivered to your room. We didn’t experience the breakfast but we saw the process and menu and was disappointed.

it states its 5 star, its nowhere near a 5 star, more like 3 and the price doesn't marry up to the hotel at all. you cab stay in nicer 4 star hotels locally 100%

we decided we were going to cancel the week there and move on to a different location. We tried to explain this to the hotel who were nothing but rude. Due to the attitude we said we would stay and we were put in a room which had mould up the walls, smelt and the pool was green. They didn’t even make us aware and just left us in the room. When we raised it they said it had been broken for two days and they didn’t know when it would be fixed. so i was now staying in a room that wasnt fit for purpose, charged at 5 star prices for 3 star standard.

We paid over over €2300 for the week, with no apology or reassurance at would be looked at.

we cancelled our stay and the hotel asked us to cancel it through booking.com so they can rebook it out and theyd waive the one night cancellation fee.

we got the majority of they refund after having to fork out €4k on moving up the coast to a new hotel last minute whilst waiting for the refund… its been over a month and we are still waiting on the cancellation fee. Cancellation fee never...

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in the heart of Prague and had an exceptional experience. The location was ideal – just a short walk from Old Town Square and many major attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. The room was clean, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with directions, restaurant recommendations, or booking tours. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of fresh options, including both local and international dishes. What truly stood out was the atmosphere – a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague, whether for a romantic getaway or a cultural city break.
