Blue Bay — Hotel in Patmos Municipality

After the first night I left the hotel to explore the island for the day, upon return to my room I found my bag had been rummaged through and my phone case was taken off and not put back on properly and was cracked. When I went to tell Dimitris he was gone for the first time since I arrived along with his entire family which included his wife and kids and parents - there was a phone on the front desk that said to pick up and dial 003 to contact him but when I picked it up it was dead. After waiting for several minutes in the reception area a strange man came out from one of the rooms who could not speak english or understand my request for Dimitris. Very spooky experience. I left immediately and came back later after finding a different accommodation to retrieve my bag and let Dimitris know I was leaving because I didn't feel safe but that I held no ill-will toward him. Later via email I explained my concerns about what had happened and asked for a partial refund as I had paid for 4 nights and Dimitris response was that I had no basis for asking for a partial...

We found the owner and staff in the blue bay so helpful and kind, the owner went out her way to make sure everything was good for us. We had a sea view room which was amazing sitting watching the yachts and cruise ships come and go.|Accommodation was very clean and comfortable our room was cleaned everyday.|The location of the hotel is perfect just a two minute walk and your in the heart if Skala.|The breakfast was a help yourself buffet and nothing was missed out it was amazing and no rush eat and enjoy at your leisure, again staff were so helpful if you asked for anything.|The hotel reception was managed 24 hrs a day and when we came back in the evening Theo was always there to ask if we had a good night, the owner recommended a couple of restaurants to us which were first class.|We had an amazing time at the hotel and on the island of Patmos totally recommend the blue...

Wow! What a wonderful hotel! Ariadne was amazing and gave us fantastic tips on where to go, restaurants etc. All recommended were excellent. The most amazing sea views and the room was lovely. We paid for a sea view and it was breathtaking! Rooms have air conditioning and shower gel which was great as we forgot ours! Breakfast was lovely. Everything you could wish for. We just had the fruits and Greek yoghurt which was delicious. Cappuccino was also very good! Would 100% come back.
